It won’t toughen the scalp as much as roids do, which can cause balding when a man otherwise wouldn’t have to worry, but if you’re predisposed to balding already then long term creatine use can (anecdotally) speed it up a lot.
You naturally get creatine in red meat and iirc salmon. Just smaller (natural) amounts. If you can afford it, that’s the best route and you will not get the side effects associated with the high density creatine use. Along with all of the health benefits of eating meat of course.

Just shave your head and grow a beard
That's the same creatine I use. It doesn't come with its own measuring spoon like most do, but it was 120 servings for $50 and I couldn't find a better deal.

If it was substantial enough that you noticed balding within a couple of weeks it's likely your hair had been thinning for months and you just hadn't realized it.

      >Just eat meat
The math doesn't check out, you need like a kilo of beef every single day to get the same amount of creatine you get from your daily scoops. Shoving that much steak in your gullet daily isn't healthy and sustainable in the mid term.

I have the same hairline as my dad in his early 60s and the thickness is disappearing day by day.
    Nothing to lose.
