Took low dose Finasteride (1mg per day) back in early 2017. My sex drive actually increased at first. But then I woke up one morning in like week 5 with severely damaged genitalia. My penis was shriveled up to half it's normal length and girth and was literally cold to the touch. I couldn't get an erection, not even a semi-chub, if you put a gun to my head. My balls were shriveled up and tucked in super tight to my body and felt absolutely traumatized. This lasted over a year by the way. Very, very slowly my dick has partially recovered over the last 6+ years. I can get erections again, but only on certain days. And I have to take Cialis and Citrulline to reliably get erections. But it's still way harder to get an erection, they're not as hard, they don't last anywhere near as long as they used to and die almost instantly once I stop fapping, and my balls still feel traumatized (taking lots of l. reuteri probiotics has helped to regain part of the size that I lost). I had zero issues with my dick before taking Finasteride by the way. If anything, I was getting too many boners that were too hard that would embarrass me in public or prevent me from pissing for like 5-10 minutes. And I don't want to sound like a perv, but I've seen the genitalia of MtF trans people from all of the troony propaganda people spam on IST. And I couldn't help but notice that their genitalia looked severely atrophied. And so the people saying that Finasteride is a troony drug seem to be on to something.
