Get 95% lean beef and 1 pound is enough for your entire day's worth

why are you trying to gain on OMAD? silly

I like it. I feel like shit if I try to eat too much food through out the day.

Okay but just know you're going to lose muscle regardless of what /fast/ says. Also it obviously won't be optimal for lifting or basically any exercise because it depletes your glycogen levels.
As for protein, I'd agree with

How much protein are you getting currently? Usually around 1 gram of protein per pound of LEAN bodyweight is sufficient which for most people is between 100-200 grams. Or even a little less honestly.

Especially if you aren't training very hard, you just don't need very much tbh

I eat a pound of steak, 2 lb. of sweet potato, half a gallon of milk, and a pint of raspberries everyday. Sometimes I have a desert of yogurt and cookies. Sometimes. I easily eat 2800 calories.

I've did it for almost a decade, and I felt like shit after a few years. My bench went from max 325lbs to 180lbs, squat went from 450lbs to 250lbs. It only serves to reck your metabolism, to make you live longer. But I'm telling you, if living longer means I'm going to be in pain and misery, you can shove it up your ass. Almost two weeks now of trying to get my metabolism back up, and feel like my minerals/electrolytes are getting close to normal (far fewer cramps from going hard).

After doing it for years, you'll get so efficient that you won't be able to eat 800 calories without creating adipose tissue, and it's hard to hit all of your micros with such little food, but I was pretty good about it, if I didn't exert much effort physically. If you want to be somewhat lazy and live to 90, go ahead. But I like moving around.

No no, what are you eating everyday was my question.

I ate everything that you're suppose to eat to be healthy, but after running two miles, or doing a few sets of squatting your weight on the bar would lead to severe cramps, and laying in bed for 12 hours sleeping for 10.

Yeah you are avoiding the question. Post your real diet and describe in detail what you are actually eating. Also being low on electrolytes can be fixed by consuming them throughout the day.
