Does height matter if youre?

I'm a lean, muscular, very strong guy (natty powerlifter). My lifts aren't crazy by powerlifting standards: 320 bench, 435 squat, 455 deadlift, and 220 overhead press. However, I'm still WAY stronger than 99% of guys I see on the street or in the gym. Given women mostly prefer tall guys do to wanting to feel "protected", would women not care about my lack of height, since I can easily protect them from virtually all unarmed guys? I'm 180 lbs at 5'8 (173 cm for you euros). My physique is pretty much like pic related (who is also 5'8).

Posting this on /b/ wasn't enough? Put on your lifts and keep coping.

I didn’t post anything on /b/, but damn, is this specific question that common?

        >are height questions common
is this your first time on the internet? The best thing you can do is stop worrying about it. The people who will judge you for being short won't change their mind for anything, so why waste mental energy on it. Oh and stop caring so much about what women "prefer", they are literally incapable of thinking.

The answer is still that everyone has their own preferences and you're a cuck if you give a shit

It does, very much so. A tall buff guy is "handsome", "rupped", "looks amazing", and a buff manlet is "overcompensating". Basically anything that would make a tall man exceptional, talented, or hardworking, makes a manlet "overcompensating". Get fit? Overcompensating. Dress nice? Overcompensating. Have a nice car? Overcompensating. Anything that should make you attractive is actually a negative if youre short. Speaking from experience.

This is somewhat true but there are also levels to this mental illness. People in the real world don't look at you like "OHH HE IS 3,5 CENTIMETERS SHORTER THAN THE AVERAGE, THIS CAR IS BOUGHT BECAUSE OF OVERCOMPENSATION". Like maybe if you are 150-160cm and you are outlandish with your outer appearance. But generally yeah there is no too tall where people think that action x,y and z is overcompensating, it's only discussed when you are on the extreme end of short.

Honestly, short muscly built, or stocky dudes are super sexy. Always prefer a shortass over a tall johnny. Yes I'm gay and blah blah blah
