It does. Many ISTcels won't admit it, but it does. You must be a moron if you think that getting thinner hair or losing it faster is worth being a bloated Black person that can lift 10lbs more. lol

I've been taking this since 97. I'm 54 now and lost all my hair the same year I started taking creatine. You make the call.

Creatine is one of the most widely studied supplements in history. Its in all red meat. It helps recruit water to the muscles, thus helping to protect them.
It also helps cycle ATP (energy)
more efficiently throughout the body, giving a boost in the gym.
Haven't really experienced any hair loss though.

It increases DHT so if you're predisposed to balding it will accelerate that, but it's nothing you wouldn't get eventually

Admitting Creatine causes hairloss means you’re admitting that Meat and eggs cause hairloss because Meat and Eggs have high creatine content

You are moronic. See how much of those foods you have to consume to even get anywhere near to what you get from the supplement

Wat. Have you heard the phrase "corellation is not causation"?
Nothing happens in a vaccum, especially not in the human body.
        There are always other factors.

        >hurr durr creatine isn’t creatine
        only when it’s convenient right?

No, it is. Im saying there might be other contributing factors as to why one might be going bald.
If you really think it will make you bald and you don't want that, then don't consume creatine. Maybe just take five minutes and look it up first before you start just typing shit

            Creatine doesn’t cause baldness
I’m telling people that think it does that they’re also admitting that meat causes hairloss
I don’t read shit or care because I’m a Zoomer with no reason for living

The first ten google links all say the same thing. Creatine does not directly contribute to baldness.
          Go suck dicks somewhere else

You won't get as much of Creatine from food as you get from the Supplement.

What about HCL? I heard it solves many issues what Mono does. But the downside is that's very acidic to your teeth and fricks them up.

Any experience here and what brand is recommended?

I think its about the same. Maybe it absorbs into the body more quickly?
But its like drinking a big glass of salt water. So it fricking sucks

the only study thats looked at this shows creatine raises dht

almost everybody predisposed to male pattern baldness who has taken creatine notices an acceleration of its progression and an increase in shedding

theres literally zero studies or arguments to be made against the fact that creatine accelerates baldness
