      you can literally do the demonstration right now at home and flex your muscles and feel what leg extension targets and what squats target. Leg extensions target the rectus femoris where as squats focus on vastus lateralis which is the sweep.

      If you get used to doing them they don't suck anymore. The DOMs isn't that bad after a while and the pump is fricking rad and it feels great.

      Legs went from my least favorite day to enjoyable.
