No clue. Everyone I know that lifts and looks great started after 36.
There's no evidence of this. All the shredded guys at my gym are in their 40s or 50s. My cousin is the biggest he's ever been at 49 yo and he was a navy seal candidate in his late 20s. He is 3x the size he was in his 20s. My brother started lifting at 38 and became ripped. His success is what got me interested in lifting. My uncle got huge at 44 and still mogs his son at the age of 60+.
If you're lifting for "strength" or to lose weight and just to improve yourself, it's fine to start 30+. You can become lean or strong, whatever
If you want to actually achieve peak natty and be big and lean at the same time, it is absolutely too late as a natural. You needed to start at age 18 or younger
Cool anecdotes, they're all way below peak natty and probably look like shit, just more impressive than your low expectations
Im 29, the only thing that makes lifting harder is having to balance kids, wife, and work, but i find time. Im more lean and aesthetic than my early twenties too.
If your wife cant give you 10 hours a week to go to the gym then you should go out for a pack of smokes and never come home man. I feel like this is usually just an excuse for people that view the gym as work instead of as something they enjoy
Lifting doesn't but it becomes harder to fit stuff in. My job takes longer and I'm paid well, balance that with a gf and 8 hours sleep?very hard. Over covid I put on some fat I struggle to lose. Hoever I am happy, people stillcomplement my arms and chest when I wear a tee and I have a gf and big boy money, and can afford all the food and supps I want
I'm getting laid off, but still command an above average salary, can attract a woman easily and have a place of my own and a house I'm paying off.I'm pretty happy.
No, I'm 30 and stronger than ever, feeling good, cardio good, still improving. Strength continues to increase in your 30's and then other forms of strength like grip strength can continue to improve well into old age, look at Odd Haugen, he has maybe the strongest grip strength in the world and hes a 73 year old man from Norway.
I started lifting finally consistently at 34, 2 years ago. I do feel like I get hurt and heal slower but I never played sports when I was younger so I really don’t have much of a reference point.
You’ll get old no matter what (assuming you don’t die) so don’t worry about it. Just prioritize your health and don’t take it for granted.
No
No. Strength should continue to increase in your 30s. I am 34.
You should peak around 35 and then comes the decline

That's only because people give up in their mid 30's and just spin their wheels for the rest of their lives.
First time I was able to do 315 bench last week. I'm 34
how long did it take you to go from 225 to 315?
Im 29, the only thing that makes lifting harder is having to balance kids, wife, and work, but i find time. Im more lean and aesthetic than my early twenties too.
several people would have me believe this is literally not possible and i shuold kill myself now since its not worth trying
5x2 hour sessions.. 10 hours a week... You probably spend more than that on IST man.
Difference is you can be on IST while around your spouse and kids, not so for the gym.

Its 10 hours gym time, plus 15 mins transport each side, thats 15 hours. With a young kid? Get outta here,.3 times a week should be possible.
I dn't have a kid, but I can work like 12 or 14 hour days sometimes, that's just toomuch to do anything else.
nobody works 12-14 hours a day you sound pathetic do you make literally minimum wage into your 30s???
everything does
I lifted through my 20s and have always been in good shape. 31 now and I look better and lift heavier than ever.
31 in less than a week.

I am also 31 in less than a week. Happy birthday anon.
Thanks anon, how are you going?

I heard the other day your voice gets lower and you get a second puberty in early 30's so hopefully that's a thing.
