It's not exact. It gives you an idea of how your body absorbs nutrients. It's like BMI it can be useful but in some cases doesn't tell you much.

    >Caring about arbitrary numbers from a machine instead of how you feel and function.

Obviously you have good lifts and fitness, why would you literally care at all.

    Actual homosexualry.

if your metabolic age is higher than your real age it means you have a fast metabolism

when you get really old your metabolism might die before your body

Seems pretty based. It wants you to have a lot more lean body mass. Get to 180 at under 10% if you want to lower your metabolic age.

also, if I put in my bodyweight from 1.5 months back (240 lbs 15%) I already get 25. This thing just screws you over if you're high bf%

    >What is oxidative stress
By working out you might help your body in a lot of ways but working out causes oxidative stress which is the thing that ages you the most, if you want to be healthy you need to combat that.

I could tell you how to but I'm gonna release and sell a PDF on how to enter "Demigod mode" which basically let's you get the best possible body, health and longevity.

If anyone is interested, give me your emails and I'll send it to you when it's ready. It'll be a one time fee of $100.
    >Why is it so expensive
Look like shit and die early then.

there's not much mystery to it, you can counteract oxidative stress by fasting, intermittently on a daily basis and even long-term fasting for more than a day every few months. In principle, being in a fasted state will be counterproductive to making gains, but it's the tradeoff you should shoot for.
basically, do leangains and don't overdo it with protein intake (as it boosts mtor processes hard) if you want to find a middle ground between being fit and aging slowly

Metabolic age supposed to be a term to generalize amount of anabolic activity in body versus catabolic. This sort of formulae simply laying on leanness and bmi would be junk but eh.

appearantly though Im 32 but 22, but I dont need that to know it. my endurance and hunger for physical activity is unmatched still. I'd give my intuition more value than his formula.

It's a bullshit number made based on your visceral fat percentage, which is likely extrapolated from assumed data
