    Whats the actual advantage of doing squats over leg presses? I just like not having to set everything up.

      Squats use your whole body to move the weight, so lots more involved. Leg press takes everything above your hips out of it.

      Just admit squats are too much and scare you, so you stick to the easier leg press.
