      Feels good to get stretched out like that tho, sometimes max out on weight or tell my gf to pull down on my legs for that extra lower back stretch.

          Take a lacrosse ball and lay your traps on top of it. Find tight areas and grind across them. You probably also have a tight chest and want to do the same on your pecs.

    It blew up my forearms(to normal, non-atrophy size) after hanging from a thick bar(can't wrap my thumbs around it) for a few weeks.
