    I gave up doing these because if I tried working with a challenging weight then my hands would naturally fall to the bottom of the rope and my fingers would jam up at the base which was painful. Hanging Knee Raises and Ab Crunch Machine for me

    mostly to look like a dbag

    This is one of my favorite ab exercises. Yeah it looks goofy but it’s one of the best ways to progressively overload an ab exercise and I get a great burn in the core
