Don't round your back.
You're either leaning too far forward at the beginning or leaning too far back at the end. You can just practice rowing with a static back posistion initially. You'll actually feel it probably tire out your core and mid back. Then just lean a little back at the end of the rep.

The only thing it's done for me is fixed my winged shoulder blades. I can't wait for it to not be such shit weather for running so I can get off this thing.
Dumbass. It absolutely mogs treadmills, stairmasters, and bikes for warming up for upper body workouts. Perfect warmup for deadlifts and other rowing lifts as well
You should try before you buy for at least a month. I personally didn't know I hated rowing until I did it for 2 months and had to go through the whole ordeal of trying to find someone willing to trade for similarly priced elliptical.
Yeah I went from
5x 1hour zone2s to like
3x 30 minute zone3s then to
3x 15 minute hiits then to
3x 12 minute threshold training
I just can't stand to use it much longer than that.
it's an moronic cardio machine - what do u expect? go for a walk and as u're going be mindful and push bottom of ur chest foreward to activate, train and accustom yourself with thoracic extension - if u perform it in front of mirror u will notice that somehow, miraculously, despite standing straight u grew fraction of an inch, ur shoulders went back and to the sides also making ur frame wider
Get a heart rate monitor or a smartwatch and you'll see what's going on. I thought I was doing some light rowing, turns out I was doing zone 5 cardio quite often

You either love it or dread it. You should probably have some running/walking in there too but yes

it's just deadlifting but for endurance. it's good.
its cardio dog
>cardiolet
you're doing it wrong and hoping for results outside the machines purpose. skill issue
what kind of superhuman lungs do you have that it does nothing for you? how long are you rowing for?

Dude this is ultimate low impact cardio for grapplers. You just have no athletic skills and see no use for amazing cardio.
Can this replace rows? For hypertrophy
I need to increase cardio and lung capacity but I don't want to run or bike, is this a viable machine for my goals or should I look elsewhere?

I regret buying mine. I can’t tolerate being on it for long at all

Your mom loves cardio OP
My man

Should I buy one of these? Could I use this for my cardio needs? Could I possibly replace all my exercise with this?
Yes but see
before buying

It won't give you much non-cardio exercise, of course
