its a beginner program, whats the problem.
>whats the problem.
Only a moron would train Legs more than once a week.
>does nothing
Yeah. Just like all Powersharter/Starting routines.
lmao he developed an ed from IST thats hilarious
What's crazy about this image is that this moron averaged 5 THOUSAND calories a day and yet only looks moderately fat compared to a lot of people these days
>grayskull
I love the HUSTLE and BUSTLE of my MANLY epic workout routine
>squat
>deadlift
>squat
It's beginner routine, it's short, simple, gets a person going regular, doesn't throw 50 exercises they don't know at them all at once. You add lifts then move onto U/L.
I've been doing this for a couple of months and my compound lifts are improving but I still curl the same amount, is that normal?
my friend is running it and making 0 progress. mind hes a vegan, but still. Ive tried telling him to push harder etc but nope. greyskull seems to attract lazy people.
What kind of 3 day program would be better then? Asking because I'm currently doing GSLP in the OP's pic with some extra arm workout
this
but with double the volume
honestly no meme
I enjoyed blahas 5x5 ice cream fitness. I know hes a total idiot, and the split he provides is nothing "groundbreaking" but pushing 5x5 squats past my novice phase in just 2-3 months was really nice.
I managed to get to 110kg 5x5 without belt and sleeves in a few months and from there transitioned into texas strength method. Managed to get up to 170kg squat, 200kg deadlift, 125kg bench, 85kg ohp(1rms)
Now Im on a rpe based program which is super nice.
Theres a dude who did make progress doing ss. I wish I saved his progress but all he did was add cardio on off days.
Is my greyskull routine good bros

I'm learning to do dragon flags so i do an easier variation of those at the end of each workout, and will be doing weighted chinups when the weather gets better.
I make leg gains way faster than upper body so thats why im keeping it barebones with only squats and DL.
I also run 2/3 times a week on non lifting days on top of other activities.
Don't do the extra accessory lifts, until you start stalling on the compound lifts. You want to stretch the linear progression on compound lifts as long as possible. 4hysv
Im not a complete beginner i just recently switched from a 6day PPL to this due to the frequency causing joint/tendon pain with also doing my other hobbies on the same days.
Bench stalled at 85kg 3x5 on the PPL and starting feeling symptoms from overtraining.
I might as well list my other lifts while im at it:
OHP: 47kg 2x5, 1x7
Squat: 90kg 3x5, 1x9
Deadlift: 110 1x9 (only started doing this a couple months ago)
I am new to deadlifting, did do 3x5 on my old routine shortly, im progressing faster with one set going until i just cant lift it anymore. Its more fun too.
>frequency causing joint/tendon pain
It wasn't the frequency it was the volume.
>im progressing faster with one set going until i just cant lift it anymore.
Doubt it
>Its more fun too.
Now that i believe
NTA but why? I want to do accessories, I am failing my bench press already
BP and ohp actually
>1xf
moron shit. Sounds cool though so the newbies get fooled in to doing it
Hows my dumbell only routine? I do pullups every day.
Push
Ohp
Bench
Triceps kickback
Pull
Rows
Lateral raise
Curl
Leg
Deadlift
Split squat
Goblet squat
>syntax highlighting
it's not that kind of program baka
>5 reps
>3 sets
it indeed does nothig
