      I do it with a barbell smith machine with like 2.5pl8 and I feel like a boss

      I remember this was one of my first exercises I did when I started going to public gyms. Thankfully, the machine on which I was doing shrugs was faced to the wall, so no one saw my moronic grimaces kek
      Now I wouldn't even bother to do them in my home gym, traps are already working well during other exercises, especially on deads, pulls and farmers

      based i do 12 reps of standing shoulder press and superset it with sets of 12 shrugs using the same dumbell, insane delt and trap pumps if you take no breaks, low weight dumbell too
