Now I wouldn't even bother to do them in my home gym, traps are already working well during other exercises, especially on deads, pulls and farmers
based i do 12 reps of standing shoulder press and superset it with sets of 12 shrugs using the same dumbell, insane delt and trap pumps if you take no breaks, low weight dumbell too

When you do them, are you actually using your traps or your delts and arms?
I really enjoy these for some reason although I must admit I can't imagine they do much except maybe help my grip
