Does stage 3 fatty liver make fasting harder?

im about 3.5 weeks into keto and IF but really struggling to adapt i think, i have no energy and very faint, weak, cant walk around for long is this a struggle to produce ketones effectively. Ive done about 7 5-day fasts since xmas but i never get any energy and cant leave my house due to constant weakness

It's possible you've been extremely unlucky genetically and can't get fat-adapted. I don't remember the exact gene, but it's known and you can get your genome sequenced to find out.

this is totally normal. ketosis is a biological extremity for starvation that you have bio hacked for your fatty cope meme diet. this AND water fasts?
you're utterly moronic and i fricking guarantee you will gain it all back

any ACTUAL keto-keto lards that claim they DON'T experience symptoms like OP mentioned are lying/placebo

eh, i have stable energy through the day and feel great. eating out is the only problem ive found though. if i die before 50, so be it, im just doing what makes my body work best at the moment

no group in human history have exclusively lived on fat and protein as their de facto permanent diet. mongols and other arctic snow Black folk drink milk (lactose breaks ketosis) (CARBS) and eat berries when available. crucially, they eat very fresh raw meat which hasn't had time to break down the glycogen (CARBS)

whether you're feeling good or not, it's not healthy long term. and that's if you're even in ketosis at all
larping as a savannah pussy as an omnivorous human is incredibly stupid and rootless. if you aren't american mystery meat already, have a look at a cookbook from your ethnic homeland and cook yourself a hearty stew

Carbs have cause far more health problems. Raising insulin all the time isn’t good

              > lactose breaks ketosis

lol not going over a carb limit does. I’ve had honey and milk together and still was in deep ketosis. I can get around 50 grams and still be in keto

              >I’ve had honey and milk together and still was in deep ketosis
give me a break. how do you know this, by feeling?
american >people are so moronic they have reduced ketosis to simply mean eating LESS cArBs

                > how do you know this, by feeling?

I’ve taken both blood and urine keto stick samples and I was in ketosis both times. I’ve actually checked several times. There’s also many signs your in keto including a copper taste in the mouth. Your body can go in and out of ketosis through the day and if your fasted and glycogen is used up and none in your liver it will go into breaking fat down for energy creating ketones. To make keto work you still have to be in a calorie deficit . If you on a keto diet you’re supposed to be eating a lot of fat and little to no carbs

You can eat carbs on ketosis, below 50 for some, blow 20 or 40 for most

best way to lower cortisol would be a coach potato eating a calorie surplus - which got me in this situation

eating high amounts of PUFA is the problem. It's food quality, not food quantity.

fasting burns visceral fat before sub fat

The body literally packs on visceral fat as a direct result of high cortisol

The liver is one of the first places the fat is from.
People have literally reversed fatty liver through fasting.

you stop drinking and you stop being fat. this thread is the blind leading the blind, OP is doing meme diets/dieting for the first time and doesn't understand why he's fatigued after fasting 5 days straight and other commenters are spouting moronic shit when op just needs to cut calories.

the issue I have with these types of diets is they are not meant for the general population but to try and aliviate/slow down/stop/reverse certain diseases
what is wrong with you people thag you can't have a normal balanced diet? humans have been literally doing it for hundres of thousands of years
just put down the goyslop, learn to cook and eat in moderation not until your stomach is about to burst
