It blocks only uvb, while uva still penetrates your skin. So you get no benefits of d3 that makes you loon younger, but get a shit ton of uva that makes your skin like thaf pic of a truck driver who had his window glass transporent to uva.
So it's both wrinkles and cancer.

don't use sunscreen and go carnivore

people on meat only diets are less prone to burning because of the way omega 6 influences your inflammatory response to direct sunlight

also, don't use sunglasses - they reduce the level of melanin produced
your skin adapts to sunlight using your eyes

    Cancer.

Sun is good for you, but only if you live in a region that is consistent with your skin color, and maybe avoid the sun when it's at its brightest during summer. Spring and autumn are fine.

If you're white, that means you should live in one of the green regions. Brown: orange. Black: red.

Don't know what to tell you're in the wrong region. You'll either get cancer or vit D defficiency. Just move back to where you came from.

The darker the skin, the less it will let radiation penetrate and the less it will burn in the sun. A dark skinned person will have to spend longer in the sun to get the same vitamin d production

The opposite, dingus. Sunlight is sparse in colder climates where white people originated. We absorb what little light is available to us. Black people absorb way less and this causes vitamin deficencies.

Close, but you're off. Darker skinned people can live anywhere with less sun than you. Browns can live in green and orange. For blacks, the entire world is their domain.

    Sun: causes cancer
Sun screen: protects you from the sun
In cell cultures, certain ingredients of sun screen have some effect on hormones. This effect was never seen in animal or human studies though.

I will never understand how people can be afraid of over the counter cream but then go on sunbathing in Australia while drinking alcohol and smoking.

The reason people think sunscreen causes cancer is because people who go out in the sun more often are using it more. The sun still causes cancer, so it looks like the sunscreen is causing it when in reality it's just the extended sun time.

People who aren't gonna go out in the sun aren't gonna use it as much, then they don't get cancer and say "see I never used sunscreen and never got cancer, therefore if you use it you get it"
