the fact you are asking if one of the best and most important vitamins work saddens me, genuinely. Yes, they work. Good vitamin D is fat soluble and K2 keeps it in check as to working well. Most Americans are vitamin D deficient and it causes depressing, cancer, etc.
vitamin D3+K2 is good if you can't get enough sunlight. zinc and B vitamin can be found in meat, liver, and fish. boron does many beneficial things, but it also lowers SHBG which increases free testosteron.
Only if you're deficient in either to begin with.
This goes for ALL MINERAL/VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS.
D&K are some of the more important ones, they're cheap, and you don't frick up your body's natural production or absorption by supplementing them. Buy one bottle and see if they do anything for you. If they do, even if its placebo, as long as you're not doing meme overdose loads, its good for you so keep doing it. If you feel nothing, you're already meeting your needs, don't buy anymore.
Its not rocket appliances for focks sake.
Let's see >better sleep >better endurance >better mental performance >much less sickness >dick literally became bigger and harder >better at treating depression than SSRIs >more effective in preventing covid and severe covid than any vaccine, has been like this for over 2 years >can make the difference between a successful and an unsuccessful cancer treatment >can spontaneously cure things like allergic rhinitis or at least improve symptoms
Pic related does absolutely work but take it every day with food with fat in it and wait a couple of months. Get a vegan version of it as well
For ethical reasons

Causes depression*
Should be taken separately and best D3 form is in liquid
Isn't that the one taken once every week or two?
Boron and Zinc work. A-Z is fine.

You won't get sufficient Zinc or Boron from diet, unless you're very rich. There are some things you simply don't get enough from diet anymore.
Yes, also get some potassium supplements too
the K vitamin makes it much more expensive
realistically no
is there any difference between taking multivitamins or taking each of the vitamins separately?
