sam is cool but he's like 20 and he looks like he's 35, idk how this is a good endorsement for roids whatsoever

honestly how did arnie and the golden age guys manage to look so good while also blasting roids? is the new stuff just legit poison for your body?

        >They only used test
It's the opposite. They avoided test because of the side effects and finasteride and arimidex didn't exist back then. Arnold is famous for dbol and primo.

whats finasteride got to do with it?

            Anonymous

Testosterone converts to DHT which accelerates balding. DHT can also increase acne. Finasteride reduces the conversion of T to DHT, therefore reduces the balding and shitty skin effect.
Finasteride didn't exist in the golden era so many golden era bodybuilders avoided testosterone and used steroids that have less side effects. That's one of the reasons they:

Young people dont care about that. Most people in his comments are calling him "big brother they didnt have" etc. I remember when I was 19-20 and I couldn't grow a beard and looked like a child. I wanted to look old. You don't really know how good you have until you suddenly don't. When you are 35 you fricking wish you still looked like a 20 yo athlete. But I guess that's just how life goes, we always want something we can't get.

The golden era guys were all in their 20s and 30s and looked 10 years older too. Its just harder to tell bc a film camera hides imperfections a lot better than a digital camera does. And old school bodybuilding was half muscle building half modeling. The top guys were all very handsome to sell magazines. There was sex appeal in it. Now its a pure freakshow science experiement

Sam is naturally prone to acne, he had it before roids. That's it.
Also back then the guys were using wet compounds like dbol all the time not drying out that much, even for shows, which ages you.

      >nestly how did arnie and the golden age guys manage to look so good while also blasting roids?
They didn't use the shitty steroid called testosterone which ruins you.

      >doesnt follow a program
      >train whatever he feels like training that day
Except he literally sticks to a specific routine. He does specific movement for speficic muscle using different exercises every now and then. This is how you lift you brain dead nattycuck, not stick for years to one fricking movement and set rep scheme. This is why you are a fricking dyel.

      >new stuff

      They only used test
Thats what THEY don't want you to know
6g of test a week is better than any new compound

      any new compound
Nothing new was created since the very early ages you ignorant frick. It's all the same compounds that have been reaserched for years.

      >6g of test a week
Natty moron detecded. 6 grams would equal to 3.5cc injection every single day. It's impossible to pin that much volume because only few muscles can hold that amount of oil and it takes a long time before the lump will get absorbed.
Not to mention that your androgen receptors have their limit and gear will willl spill over to bind into shit you don't want it to bind to. More gear doesn't mean more results.

There's a growing (but still small) number of researchers that are starting to believe that the "muscle microtear" theory behind increasing muscle mass is actually false. There's good evidence to suggest that an increase in muscle mass is simply a product of increased testosterone. Working out a muscle stimulates bloodflow to that area, and the free testosterone in blood stimulates muscle growth. It seems that an increase in testosterone is produced when the body reaches a certain threshold in physical stress and a psychological feeling of success.

      >"muscle microtear" theory
That actually has been debunked, at least there's been studies that show no correlation between microtears and hypertrophy. Pretty much the only reliable growth stimulus has been mechanical tension.

        [...]
source? I heard the science manlet talk about the "growth stimulus" of tension but never bothered to check out any papers.
Also if that's true, you could curl 5 pound dbs promoting blood flow for hours and get huge and that is just not possible.

I don't have the source on hand, but I read a few studies that found that there is an "optimal" amount of tension a muscle needs to receive to stimulate growth, and it has only weak correlation with the amount of weight or reps in an exercise. You can achieve the optimal tension either through flexing as hard as you can with light weights or with heavy weights. It takes more reps to get there with light weights, but only like 20-30% more. Basically that amount of optimal tension is the stress threshold level that signals the testes to produce extra testosterone in that moment.

Case in point: you can gain large amounts of muscle by simply injecting testosterone with absolutely no exercise. *Clearly* testosterone levels are what signals the body to produce additional muscle fiber.

However I want to add: this is only referring to muscles and tendons. To produce denser bones, heavy weights are required because the physical weight of an object is what produces lateral tension down the length of the bone.

I've literally done all those things natty except I do full ROM and I just don't like eating much other than eggs, meat, milk so have a really clean diet but I can add in sugar and I make gains.

The real meme is having shit genetics. Sorry bro. Never had a program and am 6'3" 215 lean after 3 years of serious lifting daily with maybe two rest days a month. If you're young you should be able to recover from hard lifting daily unless you're low T or totally dysgenic.

Literal proof that if you pin enough, you can get away with a shit program and a shit diet.
I find it funny how roidtroons defend roiding claiming you still need to lift with good form on a good program and eat clean and that most people look like shit even when roiding, when the reality is that all of these problems are solved if you pin enough juice.
