Frick off baldy
I swear, Will is the only Youtuber worth actually listening to and somehow he makes the most amount of people seethe. Literally more than Mentzer of even Blaha. What the frick gives? Is it because he doesn't have cool editing skills?
IST is full of genuinely moronic unioronic redditors (who unsurprisingly never post body). Just look at all the Sam Sulek worship threads.
I think I'm having a conversation with one of them (not you) as we speak. I'm waiting for when he does the 4D Chess shitposting scapegoat.
of course he doesnt need to force it, he simply injects tren up his butt
ok
>adding 10lbs doesn't mean you got stronger
yes it does
>the effort level determines it
no it doesn't and there's no quantitive measure of effort. RPE is bullshit and weight on bar is all that matters.
>RPE is bullshit
Unfathomably based. I wasted two years doing RPE bullshit and made shitty progress despite roiding. I just went back to go balls to the wall every set to failure, screaming, grunting, and I swear I got ten pounds bigger without gaining much fat.
You technically used RPE. Why do think it's bullshit?
>going to failure
Even for deadlifts? You went to failure on heavy deadlifts?
RPE is the "Agile Methodolgy/Communism" of lifting. You can always say you are using RPE and that if it doesn't work you "weren't doing it right".
>Even for deadlifts? You went to failure on heavy deadlifts?
Yes.
How do you get it wrong? Just go heavy until the fatigue gets to a point when you can't lift it anymore properly.
>Yes.
What was that scheme? 1x1? 1x1/2?
I do a set till failure, then do another set to failure until I'm too tired to do more.
Then, the next week, I try to do more.
What's your max? Has it increased ever?
I deadlift 545. It's gone from 505 to 545 doing this
>You went to failure on heavy deadlifts?
Yeah, it's easy. If you can't move the weight, you've failed and can rest for the next set.
With 100% of your 1RM? Could you perhaps post this?
>Could you perhaps post this?
Are you moronic? By definition, a 1RM can't be performed twice in succession with no rest. Also doing 1RM is awful for hypertrophy and is basically only for strength adaptation.
So you can do your 1RM for a few sets but can't do it again the next day? Can you just do your 1RM on anything and post it?
I love how there is one midwit in this thread that can't understand that "I just train really hard" actually works.
Can you post ANY example, anything at all? I'm genienually curious
Dude, I just train really hard. I have no idea what you are looking for and not going to post a video. The fact that you have no idea what training to failure looks like just confirms to me how RPE makes you into a pussy.
I think you're lying.
Believe whatever you want brother.
You are telling me you went to the gym, loaded up a barbell with your 1RM, did 1 to 2 singles "to failure" and called it a day and are saying that's "training hard?"
Do you work up to it or do you only just do your 1RM?
why is this homie bouncing his bench?
what
moron

This thread is going to full up with a bunch of dumbass midwit DYELs.
How can midwits frick up such easy principles?
>You get stronger when doing hard shit and when the hard shit stops being hard you get stronger
>be a b***h in the gym like me
what a fricking pussy
