    This my year 1 physique

    What worked for me recently was doing crazy bulks. Made more progress in 1 week on my lifts than in 2 months.

    More weight = more plates
    Simple as

    Are you consistently pushing yourself? If you're not making progress along one of these 3 dimensions EVERY SINGLE WORKOUT, ON EVERY SINGLE EXERCISE, You're not training at all:

    1) amount of weight you lift.
    2) number of reps you perform
    3) execution of form or deeper range of motion

                If you managed to build the discipline to go to the gym, you can discipline yourself to eat.

                One thing to know is that your stomach adapt to the amount of food you eat. If you eat a lot your stomach will stretch more to accomodate more food, that's why if an obese person eat like a normal person they don't feel "full". Its works the other way too. Just eat more and your stomach will adapt.( don't eat too much though, don't wanna be a fatty)

        Guys calisthenics is all dandy, but if you want volume, isometric exercises are the least amount hypertrophy stimulus you can give your muscles.
        You look amazing dude, but if you want volume, you need to do hypertrophy training.
        The good news is, you are probably strong atm and you can leverage that for quick gains in the gym with a hypertrophy program.
        Eat at surplus, get a bit fatter, don't be afraid of it, you will feel the strongest you ever felt in your life. Lift like your life depends on it, you have hypertrophy noobie gains to get. Squeeze them by the balls man.
