    Your shoulders are slightly broader, but I more or less looked like this before a moto accident half a year ago put me out of commission from lifting or any exercise really. Waiting for it to heal. I've gotten amazingly skinny fat since then. Incredibly how quick the tides can turn if you're just forced to be sedentary (I had worked out for six years). I hope the muscle memory meme is true and I can regain it all much quicker when I can be active again. Anyways, it felt great looking like that, great mix of muscles, reasonable bf, energy, and still looking like a statue.

    I can always use more, but I’m happy with what I have. I have a torn elbow ligament so I’ve been held back from lifting heavier. This is the one of the better physiques for yoga, although I think a gymnast’s body would be ideal
