Drugs for fat loss?

Sup IST

I've been trying to go from ~20% - ~15% bodyfat for months with no success. I started as an obese lard and successfully lost like 70lbs, but at this point I'm finding it impossible to eat below my maintenance on a daily basis. My body fights back and I get severe hunger pangs every day even eating an extremely high protein, high fiber diet with no junk food, liquid calories or alcohol whatsoever. I can keep up a deficit for like a week at most before I give up.

What are some drugs that can make the hunger pangs go away? Just need to lose these last 10lbs and then I can start a lean bulk which will put me on the right track.

I was thinking about anavar maybe?

Get some Tirzepatide from QSC, Tracy will hook you up. Other than that, Adderall XR is also very effective for appetite suppression and overall increasing your quality of life.

I am in exact same boat as you. About 8 lbs from goal weight. I don’t take any special drugs, my only advice is I add cardio and cut down workout days so that I can eat a decent amount of food and still be in a deficit. It’s super lame but if it didn’t suck everyone would look great so it’s whatever.

    "T3"
Its not going to take away hunger, but you'll literally burn 2x more calories and be shredded. Its insane.
Takes a while to cycle off properly though. Be careful bro.

Ketogenic diets boost metabolism by +500kcal/day via mitochondrial uncoupling.

It's like DNP but natural and safe. Just by quitting carbs.

Bro stfu, just tell him something that works without all the bs.
T3 is what hes looking for. It controls the metabolism, you take a lot, you burn more calories. You dont even have to exercise.
Only downside is it can make you very tired hot, unable to sleep, and with brain fog. Depending on how much you take.

Do you have any evidence that anything safe can deliver a +500kcal/day metabolic boost like keto?

I am quite sure you would have to do DNP to get a similar result.

eat at a maintenance for 3 months and then go again. unironically. this is why people fail and never become truly lean "permanently". you cant just keep dropping calories and cutting and cutting month after month after month, even year after year. You should never cut more than 3 months in a row. And if thats not enough to get you absolutely fricking jacked its because you are fat and thats why you need maintenance periods. Once you eat at a maintenance for the next 3 months or even ever so slight surplus, you can easily go on and attack the cut once again and lose weight.

Winstrol, Clenbuterol, or anavar are supposedly the best roids for cutting.

If your issue is hunger and you want to use drugs I'd recommend looking into GLP-1 agonists. Semaglutide is an option, but it functions by slowing digestion. Tirzepatide would be a better option for getting rid of food noise.
These can both be found for reasonable prices online.

Those drugs cause permanent stomach paralysis, uncontrollable diarrhea (shart in mart), and death.

Yacon syrup works better and is safer. However you can just quit carbs for best results without any drugs or supplements.

homie one of us is claiming that keto increases your TDEE by 500 points citing a screenshot of a youtube video and that a sugar alternative is as effective as agonizing your ghrelin receptor. You're making several extraordinary claims about the efficacy of your diet, surely they are reflected in your physique? You're not still small and fat right? Dr. David Ludwig wouldn't lie to you at "Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention center" to sell coaching right?

Yacon syrup releases GLP-1. Works the same way as those GLP-1 agonists except using real natural hormones. That's why it is more effective and safer.

You should read more and post less.

"Appetite was assessed by estimating ghrelin and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) levels and by assessing subjective appetite sensation. Analysis was performed using two-way ANOVA, followed by Bonferroni's multiple comparison test. No effect of yacon syrup was observed on postprandial ghrelin and GLP-1 levels at all times evaluated."

"There was no effect of yacon syrup on postprandial ghrelin (Fig. 3) and GLP-1 (Fig. 4) levels. Similar observations were made after stratifying the analysis by BMI (eutrophic and obese). It is noteworthy that the concentrations of these fasting hormone biomarkers were similar in the two days of collection (P > 0.05)."

                https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0963996920306736

Looks like this is yet another case where rat studies (which incidentally did not show a decrease in feed consumed when Yacon syrup was administered) don't apply as neatly to human subjects.

Claiming that this syrup is as effective as a pharmaceutical GLP-1 agonist at reducing ghrelin levels and increasing satiety is demonstrably false.

Here's the actual study on humans.
                https://sci-hub.se/10.1016/j.clnu.2009.01.013

Here's Michael Eades writing about it in his newsletter. The whole thing is worth reading:
                >The average BMI in the Wegovy study was ~38.5, while that in the Yacon syrup study was 33.5. So, the subjects in the Yacon study were smaller, which makes the results even more amazing as it’s more difficult for smaller people to lose than it is for those much larger. And it’s especially more difficult for women to lose weight than it is for men.

                >[...]

                >Pay particular attention to the area I’ve put the red rectangle around. HOMA is a method of measuring insulin sensitivity in use by many researchers. The lower, the better. Take a look at how much it changed in the study group. A drop of that magnitude is impressive.

This line from you is really strange. It's like how leftists do 'fact-checking' (lying). Make up a strawman and then deboonk it. Nobody said anything close to this.

I guess you're a paid pharma marketer? This thread must be a thinly veiled way to shill drugs without putting your shilling directly in the OP because all those ozempic shill threads were too hamhanded.

The fact remains that yacon syrup works way better than GLP-1 agonist drugs and is much safer.

Legal and online: Ostarine, Andarine, Cardarine

    Illegal: Trenbolone, Testosterone, Stanozolol

The top 3 are SARM's, they won't destroy your T production longterm, the bottom 3 are just normal hormones, one cycle won't hurt but prolonged use will, but they are far more effective than the SARM's.

Regardless of if you work out or not, on TRT you will gain muscle, even more than those that work out frequently, and that will cause you to burn more calories and burn more fat.
