Cholesterol is good. The lining of your cells are made of it and it helps with hormone regulation. The only reason it clogs arteries in the first place is because we damage our arteries and cholesterol has to fix the hole. No, this damage is not caused by cholesterol itself.

Cholesterol, it plugs the hole and excessive is taken away. If you have an imbalance of LDL and HDL though the build up outpaces the withdrawal then you can have issues. Best solution is to prevent tears in the artery by avoiding excessive carbs

It is important to remember that celebrities are also people, and they have the right to privacy and personal space. It is important to respect their boundaries and ask for their permission before taking a selfie with them.

This social experiment can be seen as a reflection of the growing trend of celebrity culture and the desire for fame. With the rise of social media, it has become easier for individuals to gain a large following and become famous. This has led to a growing obsession with fame and celebrity, and many people are willing to go to great lengths to achieve it. However, it is important to remember that fame is not everything, and that there are more important things in life than being famous.

Overall, this social experiment raises important questions about the role of celebrity culture in our society and the importance of respecting the rights of others. It highlights the need for individuals to be mindful of their actions and to respect the boundaries of others when interacting with them.

              >Asians who eat mostly carbs grow to an amazing height of 5'3" and are weak as frick.
That's due to genetics and not lifting.

Its not really genetics that cause height. Fetal/early childhood nutrition has the biggest impact. Especially when it comes to fats and proteins which white europeans win out on due to being tolerant to lactose.

                Wrong
                >Fetal/early childhood nutrition has the biggest impact
They do have some impact, but if you take a Japanese kid and have them eat the western diet as close as possible, they won't grow up to be 6'3. The same could be said in reverse. Take a Nordic kid and have them eat a Japanese diet, and they won't grow up to be 5'3''

                Anonymous

No but you take two 6'3 parents and then take the kid and malnourish them they will be 5'3. The height increase component isn't as perfectly elastic but it's pretty evident that height of populations increases to 6 foot in humans if chronic malnourishment is not a factor.

                >No but you take two 6'3 parents and then take the kid and malnourish them they will be 5'3
This is besides the point, in both examples take a given the child is given enough calories to grow to their genetic maximum. The kid drinking milk might grow an extra inch, maybe two.

so is it the food or not?

                >uh huh and height is associated then with more food?
You misunderstand. The lack of nutrition was the limiting factor for centuries, just a strait up lack in calories, causing children to grow smaller. Once you feed people with enough calories, say 2,000-2,500 or in the case of adolescent males, 3k-4k per day, their genes will become the dominant factor. So you can take a China man, feed him enough calories to reach his "maximum genetic height" and we will be 5'6''. You then take a nordic kid and do the same and we will be 6'3''. The heights don't change very much when you transfer the China man to Sweeden and vice versa. You don't see Japanese Americans walking around 6'4''.

There is no "maximum genetic height" because we were hunter gatherers who maintained six foot heights. It wasn't until the rise of agriculture and chronic underfeeding that brought human height own a whole foot.

Tall people have a lower life expectancy, could also be that we're too tall because of more anabolic factors and more growth hormone in our food, just like some pigs get bigger with stuff like Ractopamin.

Cholesterol was a meme invented by the soience just like all other memes including theory of relativity, germ theory, gravity, and everything else. You'll be completely fine eating what basically has the same structure as your own tissues which makes it easily digestible, to believe otherwise makes you an utter imbecile. Herbivores need specialized digestive systems that make up a large part of their body in proportion in order to be able to extract nutrients from plants, humans with their ingenuity domesticate and hunt these animals, and cook/prepare the plants which in effect pre-digests it for them so we don't need to grave all day and eat our own shit like gorillas do.

Carnivore diet has even less evidence to support it then giving hormones and puberty blockers to trans kids so I don't see why this quack calls himself a leading authority on the diet. Might as well call yourself the leading authority on energy healing

      Anonymous

Energy healing is real though. Crystals order and project the ambient energies around us to direct them for restorative or energizing purposes. Energized bodies are better at healing just like you need ti eat to heal. It is more important than ever given how disrupted our natural energy harmonies are by things like 5G frequencies and being surrounded by concrete and metal instead of bioelectric organisms we harmonize with. Have you never gone out into nature and just immediately felt more at peace? That is because your energy field is restabilizing itself.

In 100 years we will view this as as obvious as we think about electrolytes today.
