    Enjoyable exercises can never be truly satisfying. One must suffer during the exercise to be fully satisfied. You must be afraid of it, dread it and feel like you are going to die during it. This is why the squat (and OHP) mog bench.

      THE Press (tm) is the safest exercise to fail. No one has ever died pressing, people do routinely decapitate themselves benching.

    Finally, someone understands. Bench mogs all other lifts. All other lifts are gay, too, and therefore, if you do any other lifts, you are gay by association. Bet you guys don't wanna do your inferior lifts now, do you? Because if you do, it will make you gay, and no one wants to be gay.

    can do it due to scoliosis which makes my shoulders and chest uneven

        His isn't the best bend but yeah, some bend is fine if you want to load more weight on during training. Makes it easier. Most competitions will allow for arching in general, though it's good to check in case you happen to get one that's pissy about it.

    You only like the bench press because it’s easy and the most amount of weight you can lift for upper body.
    Incline bench feels better
    OHP (2pl8+) is more impressive
    Rows/pull-ups do more for your physique

    I can’t bench heavy anymore because my shoulders are sawdust now. I only do incline with dumbbells now
