      Ah didn't know that. I always look st the thickness of the shell to determine the quality of the egg. Noticed cheaper eggs i bought has shallow shells, while real eggs from a farm are compact but thick, also a bit more taste.

      In my experience, eggs are basically natural steroids. I never had an easier time gaining muscle than when I was eating 6 raw eggs a day.

      I have the exact same experience, when i was a student i ate like 8 eggs a day because eggs were so much cheaper than chicken or fish

      Lifts went through the roof over like 6 months of eating tons of eggs, once i got a bit more cash and started buying chicken instead, lifts slowly decreased

      I’m convinced eggs contain some wienertail of micronutrients that is legit anabolic

    Yes. The only catch is making sure the chickens are healthy and not fed garbage and grains.
