    This was me today. Ate before gym, felt like fricking ass, went anyway, felt like ass the first 30 minutes, the rest of the workout i didnt even notice anything.

    1) Dont overeat before working out
    2) If you do don't be a pussy and go anyway

    if you're eating carbs and feel this way, drink more water after you eat
    you eat a bunch of sugar, and so your insulin spikes and reduces the oxygen in your blood because the water in your blood carries the sugar to the muscles for energy
    you need to drink water to replenish the oxygen in your blood that the sugar took away

    not exactly for me but if I eat too soon before working out it tries to escape and if I eat too long before I'm hungry and have a shit workout. I wish I could hold it down better. I compromise by eating little and a bit early but it's a fine balance. If I eat a frickin banana too close I can feel it coming back up. Sux
