what are some carb sources that are very easily digestable? i can't workout as intensively without carbs but they cause problems on my gut.

I forgot to mention beans too. I eat beans all the time.
id go with white rice but gotta ask how you're cooking the beans? most people have less issues when the beans are soaked and drained to be cooked with fresh water. also they gotta be tender

Keto seems like way too big of a pain in the ass and way too expensive to try doing long-term. The whole "keto flu" thing where you feel like dogshit while your body adjusts to not having glucose was the major thing that put me off trying it.
Used to try to eat a more low-carb diet (approximately 25-30% of my calories from carbs) but my lifts have gone up and I have way more energy in the gym now that I've upped my carb intake to around 45% and eat a high carb meal before lifting, and I'm still losing weight.

peeled white potatoes

whatever fruits you tolerate
proper made sourdough
common stuff like oats, sweet potatoes, potato skins, brown rice, beans, regular bread (even white) can cause issues
Pasta
White rice and is good post workout and has a high GI. Something about helping reduce muscle protein breakdown
any fruits that you tolerate, bananas or dates before working out is really good
Fresh OJ without much pump. Add sugar to taste, this is important.
