real, don't buy into the 'fat you eat is the fat you wear' bullshit. it's an essential macro for a fricking reason and it has too many benefits to exclude entirely from your diet - just get the good fats like EVOO, dark chocolate (no sugar if you can find it), avocado, dairy and animal fats, fatty fish is also amazing for you and your entire system.

I just did this test and it's completely bullshit. I have way more than 15% BF, mby even over 20, I'm bad at estimating and the calculator spat out 10.5% BF

I like to think about my diet in terms of percentages.
Protein, fat, and carbs
When I first started doing this it was about a 30/30/30 split. 30% of my cals from protein, 30 from fat, 30 from carbs. The more time has passed, carbs keeps decreasing and fat/protein keeps increasing. I'm not a keto gay, I still think carbs are good, but the amount I need is much lower than I initially thought. Now days I like to get about 15-20% of my calories from carbs.
Keto started when people took the Induction phase of Atkins and made it the whole diet. What has been lost in the shuffle is that Atkins reintroduces carbs into your daily diet in a similar manner as what you did. That is, a person experiments and finds their body's personal limit for staying in ketosis while eating carbs as well as when it gains weight towards the end so as to maintain weight.
