      I'm in the same boat, OP. But I had a testosterone test done, and the results were surprising.

      My total testosterone is 798 ng/dL. My free testosterone is 115pg/mL. Both toward the high end of the normal range. So why is my libido still lousy?

      One possible answer is that my SHBG is too high: 56 nmol/L. But SHBG is only a problem because it lowers free testosterone, right? And apparently I already have plenty of that, so I don't get the problem.

      Or am I wrong, can high SHBG still be a problem even when you're free T levels are high?

      Check your test levels, then check your liver, kidneys and adrenal glands for cancer.
      Low test is sometimes only the symptom of some serious shit.

      Reminder that everything that damages Test also damages thyroid. By pinning test, you are masking the problem by skipping a step. Proper thyroid function means proper testosterone production, and jumping on TRT increases the risk of even higher estrogen levels if you don't sort the problem out properly.

      You should all look into thyroid issues with your doctor. Also do research on chronic fatigue syndrome and adrenal fatigue. Also look into fibromyalgia and depression.
      At the end of the day, personally I have my own issues but I had some thyroid issues as well, I did not take the prescription meds they wanted me on because I feared it would do more damage to my thyroid and people told me I would be a slave to it, stuck on the thyroid meds for the rest of my life. I started supplementing with nascent iodine (food grade) and magnesium (natural calm) and selenium (brazil nuts) and I did way better. creatine also helped and didn't give my any hair loss, in fact made me shed less somehow. I also found a multivitamin that didn't have additives like the others.

      I am NOT a doctor. This is NOT advice.

        I did the iodine thing for a while and ended up having no boners and heart palps on 3 drops of 2% Lugol's every other day (almost certainly from the high thyroid hormone + SHBG connection). Magnesium, creatine, zinc, boron (pills + raisins), d3 and a multi vitamin does me well otherwise. It could be adrenal since I have coffee twice a day + pre on workout days. I'm running on non stim gorilla mode nitric for a while to see if that helps and debating switching to decaf. If not then I'm depressed and I don't even know it.

        Are you cutting? One of the first systems your body will turn off when cutting is testosterone production. Try eating more carbs and fats, at a caloric surplus, for a week and see if the symptoms persist.

        In all my diagnosing I found my stack above + switching to beef tallow for cooking +adding in a little electrolyte powder with my daily water made me feel way better.
