>take the dish out and let it sit for 5 minutes so you don't get dat dere salmonella.
What? I don't understand this. How does letting it sit for 5 minutes prevent salmonella. So if you let it sit for 2 minutes you get salmonella?
Seriously anon? The dish and deens are hot. You put the raw eggs on top and then let the residual heat cook them slightly. Anon thinks that will prevent salmonella, which is a bit silly since salmonella is a virtually non existent issue with eggs from the store today.
I do 4 scrambled eggs with Spanish imported Chorizo without additives and I add parsley, minth, whatever herbs or spices I got
Sometimes I do with bacon, or meat, North tuna, salmon but Chorizo is my favorite because of the extra fat that I need
Don't add sauces like a homosexual and be a man.
>take egg >smash against side of bowl >realize there's shell bits in the yolk >eat the egg shells anyway >pretend you're eating them because of the calcium
used to work in a kitchen. was trained to use one hand for egg cracking because it effectively eliminated any shells getting in once you develop the routine. you get it pretty easily a dozen eggs in or so.
Boil em however you like, I like it somewhere between soft and hard. Peel, then soak in half onions sauce and half vinegar mixture. You can cut them in half and put them in a dish or just eat em plain
Stracciatella: mix a couple of eggs with 80g of parmigiano and a pinch of salt, throw them into some broth, let them cook for five minutes whisking them to make tiny crumbles et voilà.
>boil water in a steamer >place eggs (I can fit around 25) >place lid and let steam for 8 minutes >dump eggs out into ice bath or cold water >repeat until you are out of eggs
or >any egg recipe requiring mayonnaise can be substituted with sour cream or greek yogurt >sour cream has 1/3 the calories per serving as mayo >greek yogurt is much lower in calories than mayo and is high in protons

I once bought a liter bottle of egg whites and found out you have to consume it in 24 hours after opening so I took a small baking tray and roasted few potatoes/sweet potatoes, onions and garlic with herbs for like 20 minutes and then poured the whole bottle of egg whites (mixed with 4 whole eggs and little bit of parmesan cheese) over it and baked it all in the oven until it was golden brown. Was surprised it tasted good. Probably had sick macros but I didn't bother to count it.
>cut up strip of bacon and put in pan >wait till fat has come out and swish around >add diced onion, minced garlic >add diced bell pepper, chopped parsley, chopped tomato >add salt, pepper, curcuma, paprica, chili, thyme, rosemary >stir for a little >add diced manchego, let melt a little >add eggs, stir >chop arugula and put on big plate >put scrambled eggs on top >eat, enjoy and get stronk and healthy
