    any raw egg experts here?
    i'm drinking 2-6 raw eggs daily. should i start drinking the yolk only because of anti nutrients?

      Drink the yolk raw and thoroughly cook the white. Separate them first and cook the white in butter. It's technically a net positive to eat an entire egg raw as there's more protein in the yolk but it's not worth it. You're better off getting every amino acid and vitamin out of the yolk first. The white is extra. I've been eating them daily for 3 years and eat ten after every workout.
