    Raw and whole. Egg whites being bad is just plant-based propaganda.
    It has never been tested on actual humans or any animal for that matter.

    I often mix them with raw milk and drink them as a milkshake. Delicious.

    Raw can eventually give you a biotin deficiency and the protein content is less bioavailable.

    Which sucks because it's way more convenient to just have four raw eggs in a smoothie and the cholesterol content in raw is also better for testosterone production.
