I've been eating at least 6 eggs a day and the day I don't eat them, I crave it and salivate nonstop.
There's no better food than an egg with a runny yolk.

Well if they are fed shit feeds they can get really bad fats and omega ratios etc. Same for pork.
Here they feed pork canola and the pigs are like eating fricking seed oils, their lard is toxic.

You would think so, but I recall watching some documentary thing a few years ago in which they were tested, and they generally had the same amount of nutrients, despite the price differences.

And of course yolk color is not an indicator of quality now, as they can easily put stuff fin their food to make you the yolk bright orange.

Still, chickens are bretty cool, and you should probably buy eggs from ones that get to frick around in the sun and eat bugs, rather than those cramped in a cuck shed.

Even the more costly eggs are still cheap for what you get.

Also I've bought and tried every single egg there is for sale here and you can tell the actual organic, healthy eggs from the others blindfolded.
They just smell and taste different and I refuse to support grocery israelites anymore, I buy mine from a small farm and I know they are happy chickens.

Hard boiled is dry and yucky. Also you're probably losing nutrition. Look up Pottenger's cats. Cooked food lacks nutrients.

      Soft boiled is best.

Using your logic might as well slurp them down raw, anon.

          Raw is probably great, too.

Supposedly egg whites have antinutrients so cooked white with uncooked yolk would theoretically be best.

            >Supposedly egg whites have antinutrients
I thought only vegetables have that

Wont affect nutrition, but may affect your enjoyment of it. My favorite is the 7min boil
            >boil pot of water
            >salt water to prevent next step
            >put eggs in << so they don't break
            >after 7 min of boil, take out, put in ice bath, peel
soft insides, like a ramen egg

            >boil pot of water
            >salt water to prevent next step
            >put eggs in << so they don't break
            >after 7 min of boil, take out, put in ice bath, peel
Sounds interesting, I'll give it a try

will last longer and you can put it into salads, its situational, tastes worse imo
            [...]
im puting the eggs into water on tray, only half for couple seconds so i see the pressure from the egg escape and make some bubbles,

            >will last longer and you can put it into salads, its situational, tastes worse imo
If that's the only real difference, then that's fine. I actually enjoy the taste and texture

              >Supposedly egg whites have antinutrients
It's only specifically uncooked egg whites. Apparently they leech biotin if eaten raw. But it's not a problem if they're cooked.

That's good. I always thought raw egg was a meme

Back on topic. Eggs-maxxing is the absolute best natural performance enhancer. Eat 12+ a day and I guarantee that you will see improvements fairly quickly.

    >Cheap
    >Convenient
    >Satiating
    >Tastes good
    >One of the best sources of protein
    >Contains a ridiculous amount of good shit - a lot of which supports testosterone production and muscle building
    >Blast farts on demand
    >Collect chicken souls to ward off demons
    >Zero negatives

how do you even consume 12 a day? I cook 6 a day scrambled and it's kinda a pain in the ass to cook them in a pan and then have to clean the pan. (I am a lazy c**t I'm aware). 12 would be a lot to scramble together while cooking them consistently

Egg cooker. I hard or soft boil 6 at a time, twice a day. I usually eat 1-2 an hour and they take seconds to eat. Your body does not work in 24 hour cycles. If you have a regular work-out routine, it's best to spread out your protein consumption throughout the day, and hard-boiled eggs are perfect for that. Eggs are one of the few things you can eat at a caloric deficit and still gain muscle, as long as you eat enough and are otherwise strict about your diet.

peeling those jawns is a pain in the ass IMO, even after resting in ice water directly after cooking. I might stick with the scrambled egg master race but just do two separate egg servings

The egg cooker makes them very easy to peel, but however you eat them isn't as important as just eating them in general. Eat a lot of eggs and the benefits are pretty much guaranteed. Eating 1-2 an hour has allowed me to cut out all unhealthy snacks since I'm never hungry, yet I'm eating at a deficit and seeing daily improvements in terms of lifting and body fat percentage. I have always been a hard-gainer.. until I started eggs-maxing. After a few weeks in, a friend even asked if I got into SARMs because of how quickly my body started to change.

      >>One of the best sources of protein
It's literally the best second only to human breastmilk, but good luck finding an organic pasture-raised woman

I eat 16 day and have done for years. I fry four at a time back to back for breakfast, then clean the pan and do the same in the evening.

    No

Yeah probably eggs, and it's commonly agreed that chicken don't really suffer laying them either as long as the other conditions are cool so people with vegan stands can agree to eating eggs.

do you guys prefer the slightly more expensive pasture raised eggs (from actual good brands, not the liars), or do you just get the cheap shit?

Pasture raised and organically fed otherwise there is literally no point. You might as well be drinking slopshakes for your protein

Bullshit. Even cheap eggs are still the best source of protein.

the difference between pasture eggs and massproduction eggs is way smaller than the difference between eggs and other foods. the important thing is eating egg.
