Raw vs cooked with eggs only matters in terms of biotin deficiency.
If you're eating them raw you won't get any biotin from them, and maybe lose some from the excess avidin.

Cooking inherently destroys nutrients so raw is a go.

Most of the nutrients, including the cholesterol, are in the yolk. To increase protein bioavailability and inactivate avidin while preserving the integrity of the yolk, you should cook the white and leave the yolk runny or soft. I always try to go for a soft boil as that also tastes best.

Whatever you eat raw just cooks in your stomach, so it's all the same. The only difference is the calories your body takes to cook it in acid.

Probably the dumbest post I’ve read in a long time.

Idk, I’ve seen worse. It’s Susa Verde style, yes? Your body is hot, you put it in your body, your body heats the eggs.

          Sous Vide. Fricking auto correct

Did you mean sous vide? The more you type, the dumber everyone in this thread gets.

Sous vide is also a higher temperature than your body (120F/49C at minimum for a very rare steak). Sous vide egg is generally done at 165F/75C.

Since you are an absolute moron, I will also have to explain that being at a lower temperature doesn't mean you can just heat it up longer. No matter how long you sous vide food, it will only go up to that water's temp, thus your body will only heat up food to your body's temp, thus it would never be cooked.

Not that it would matter, because once you swallow you food, your stomach starts breaking it down so even if you could slow cook it internally because you magically turned into an anime character or whatever, the food would be digested well before that would happen.

Eggs over easy are the objectively the best. White is solid and yolk still runny. Yolk acts like a sauce for increased yummage.

OP is considering eating the eggs raw
do you really think his primary concern is the amount of "yummage"?
      are you autistic?

Just eating them is the important part. Try them raw, raw in a homemade eggnog (with milk/cream and nutmeg), scrambled, boiled, egg salad, etc.
I've been enjoying them soft boiled recently, but also love the flakiness of hard boiled yolk.
