Nothing to do with eggs. All the nutritional studies claiming this are a sham. The endothelium damage occurs from hyperinsulemia and chronic systemic inflammation from a poor diet high in processed food, refined sugar, and sugar alcohols. Looking at fat and cholesterol as the cause for heart disease is like blaming the spackle on your wall for a break in the wood.

How do you prepare your 'tatoes?
I usually boil them with my eggs and then fry them

straight fryin'. Sometimes I'll crack the eggs over the tatoes and cover the pan for a nice runny yolk.

    5 minute crafts

who else makin' #cloudeggs? I learned to this week and they're pretty cool in the #ninja #airfryer. Separate the egg, whisk the white in a ramekin with a milk frother. Throw the resulting foam in the air fryer for 3 minutes. Then make a well in the egg with a fry spoon, put the yolk in and throw it back in the air fryer for 3 minutes. It's awesome. I have been eating them with easy homemade bread. Want to hear me explain how to make easy bread? Let me know in the comments below!

I'm pretty sure everyone on IST excluding vegans and such already has. It's the one thing everyone can agree on.
