    Can any eggsperts whey in:

    I'm making soft boiled eggs, but the shells are very hard to peel. My whites keep getting stuck and come off with the shell and I'm losing between 10-20% of my egg.... not to mention it takes a while to peel 4+ eggs. I enjoy the convenience of being able to place my eggs in the cooker, but if I can't solve this peeling problem I'm going to pan fry them.

    I'm Polish. We have a rye and fatty soup here called Żurek. It might look vile to Americans, but it's great. Good hangover food as well.

        Not hin. But I'm American. Half German half Polish. I was raised with the food of both people. And I can say that it seems weird as frick for Americans. Homely cooked food seems weird for us. Everyone just wants stuff ready to eat. Europeans eat better than us unfortunately.
