    Yes, they do raise your ldl and blood cholesterol. This isn't a bad thing, the studies that show it being a risk for heart disease were done on obese people and funded by Pfizer, who owns the patent for stenol meds.

    If your blood pressure is normal and your triglycerides are low and you aren't vaxxed, you shouldn't worry about heart disease

    I’m not a expert but I believe you get high cholesterol by overeating not just by eating high cholesterol foods. If you’re on a calorie deficit, your cholesterol will naturally decrease even if you eat eggs everyday.
