How do I get back the strong random erections I had when I was in my teen years (12-18). I want to experience random strong boners which last for 15-20 minutes without any stimulation again. If I was able then, why can't I get them now as a 26 year old guy? I have sex 2-3 times a week, lift 3 times a week yet I only have erections without stimulation when I'm sleeping and I'm randomly awaken.
