For the same reason you'd eat High Meat. They're in the same category. There's a reason why rich chinks pay like 25-100 dollars for each, then they spend 30 days in a row partying and drinking and fricking hookers five times a day.
It's an extremely powerful drug that supercharges your energy levels, skyrockets your libido for like a MONTH. It's a probiotic hundreds of times more powerful than anything you can buy in a pill, and improves your mood better than any antidepressant with no side effects whatsoever.

Unlike other chink superstitions like tiger penis or rhino horn, this actually works, and extremely well so.
The only downside is the smell and taste. If you can get over it, there are only massive benefits. It's a probiotic nuclear bomb.

Wherever there's any sizable population of chinks, they're constantly trafficking this shit, making their own, selling it under the table wherever it's illegal.
Like teenagers do with weed, or Black folk with crack. It literally gets you high.

That's one of the most obscure redpills in nutrition. Fermented animal foods (rotten meat or eggs) are not only not dangerous, but extremely beneficial.

The reason it's so good is that the natural bacteria in it pre-digests everything for you, then molds feed on that bacteria, and give it its typical color.
The bacteria and molds also produce extremely valuable vitamins that most people are utterly starved of and desperately need.
This is why it gets you high when you eat them, you get all the nutrients instantly because it's pre-digested, super pro-biotic and has crucial vitamins and enzymes.

The problem with century eggs is that it's hard to get the real deal. A real century egg is an egg that has fermented for a very long time.
Not cooked, not processed with chemicals, not exposed to heat, etc. A RAW egg, that's left to ferment. Period.
The only "processing" required is to tap it lightly with a spoon to create thin, invisible cracks that prevent gas buildup so it won't explode, and covering it with clay to prevent too much moisture from escaping.
I've seen documentaries where they make "century eggs" by putting them in hot water with chemicals (some hydroxide-something), those are fake shit, a completely different product.
This means your only option is to make them yourself, or get them from someone who made them himself that you trust.

You can get a similar effect by making "high meat": https://youtu.be/TWpnlnaar9A
That stuff cures depression, allergies, bad digestion and tons of other health issues overnight, and it's so much faster to make than century eggs.

A tree may be reshaped by bending or training its branches.
The secret to the most common shoulder problem, the
subacromial impingement syndrome (SIS), is that the contracted
CA arch tissues can be stretched and reshaped. This we know
    from a number of facts:
    1.
Bone and other tissues will be reshaped as a result of
stresses applied to the tissue. It is the same principle that
Orthodontists rely on to straighten teeth by moving them
around in the jaw bones. This principle is called Wolff’s law
    [3].[1]
We know from laboratory cadaver evidence that the acromion
bone of the CA arch will bend and the coracoacromial ligament
will stretch when the arm is lifted by a force. In these
experiments, strain gauges were placed in the acromion bone of
the CA arch to measure the bending [4].
That the coracocromial ligament is stretched with arm elevation
was demonstrated by Yamamoto et al in 2010 [5].
    2.
Repeated prolonged bending and stretching employing
Wolff’s law (see photo on next page) will reshape these
structures, providing more room for the rotator cuff.
    3.
From the radiology laboratory studies (CT scans) upon
which this book is based we know that the arm, when fully
elevated as while hanging, is positioned to lift and stretch the
    CA arch.
    4.
We can also see from the CT images made of the shoulder
during the hanging exercise that the scapula undergoes
dramatic mobilization with full rotation and elevation, thus
reducing the inertia of this structure during arm elevation.
    5. We humans all share nearly identical skeletal anatomy
(there is a classification of different acromial shapes in the
literature that is arbitrary: acromial shapes lie on a continuum
from less hooking to more hooking, but all will bend &
remodel when one hangs) and will respond to the same
    exercise forces.

      Anonymous

Proper stretching of the shoulder will restore the flexibility
(compliance) of the CA arch and scapular restraints, relieving
the rotator cuff tendon from the destructive effects of its being
      pinched.
Traditional therapy exercises are not sufficient to stretch and
reshape the CA arch or increase the room beneath the arch
for the rotator cuff tendon. The usual physician-recommended
treatment includes anti-inflammatory drugs that have various
side effects, cortisone injections that may weaken the rotator
cuff tendon, or surgical removal of important parts of the
acromiohumeral joint to make more room for the rotator cuff
tendon. Surgery is always an option, but it is not always
successful, is an invasive expensive undertaking, and may
weaken the CA arch or disrupt the normal function of the CA
      arch/rotator cuff complex.

dont get too happy, the actual problem is finding a good enough stress that will elongate the bone.
The more you think about it, the more impossible it seems.
There's just not a good reason for it to elongate

Yes, if only there was a way to exert the correct form of stress for long enough time every single day...

I'm not setting dat shit up homie.
The only examples of bone elongation we find are from arm wrestlers, tenis players, etc
we need to understand how that works
this wont work because there's a little mobile thing called spine which gets stretched there.
And even if you isolate the stretching effect into the legs, knee and hip ligaments will deteriorate faster than bone can be elongated. So we need to isolate the effect even more, but once we get to that point we enter limb lengthening surgery, so it's all over from zero.

We might be able to make the leg stretching (without the spine) work by ligamentmaxxing though

              >this wont work because there's a little mobile thing called spine which gets stretched there.
That's exactly why it works, you dummy. A lot of the height growth with this method comes from the intervertebral discs growing thicker. Even if it's by 1mm per disc that's multiple inches alone from it.
Plus, this is meant to work very slowly, over months, or one or two years, just like teeth braces. The bones will slowly lengthen, too, to adapt to the constant stress of being stretched 8 hours a day.
This also makes this method superior to limb lengthening surgery, because you grow proportionately, both your torso and legs. Your feet also grow in size because of the increased height exerting a stronger leverage over it as you walk.

Is he just lying there with resistance band pulling on his neck?

Not on the neck. Under the arms. He slept every night with resistance bands pulling him both ways. He also went swimming regularly, did tons of stretches, etc.
He was dedicated 100% to it since he needed to grow to be successful in his Olympic discipline. After he did it he spent his life coaching others on how to grow taller, even adults.

                Anonymous

Yeah, I dont think so because the traction the spine needs is lighter than legs, if you tried to stretch in order to elongate the legs you'd break your spine.
I agree that elongating the spine can make you much taller but legs are not going to grow

I spent years getting annoyed with goypers falling for 10,000 "insider" and "coming in two weeks" scams. There's just something repulsive about chumps who LARP as high-IQ while falling for that shit over and over again.
My annoyance stopped when I found ways to monetize it myself. Now it's win-win for me: either this idiocy vanishes or I keep making a moderate income that has allowed me to quit my job.

Another great thing is political/world-news betting. If you bet on what you consider to be adverse outcomes, it means either you get to enjoy good outcomes or you get money compensating you for those adverse outcomes. It feels like you're beating the israelite.

I'll give a taste/hint of one of my current approaches that is still profitable though not my main driver these days: the survivalist/doomsday community has $$$ to spend and plenty of content creators that can be targeted with contextual ads so that their content is driving traffic to, say, a Shopify store. You can also find microtask sites where Indians will go around the Internet and comment about your store for $0.01 per spam post. If it takes 1,000 spam comments on sites like YouTube and whatnot to get a single $29.95 sale, that's still a $19.95 profit, and although you might get only three or four sales a week from spam comments and some extra sales from your contextual ads, that's just for this one particular niche.

And it will also improve your brain's ability to recruit all muscle fibers, therefore increasing strength.
        It also increases tendon strength.
That's the missing link between people with bad and good genetics

Except math is everywhere. The strict difference between these two is that the mathematician simply went down tougher synaptic ''roads'' than this taxi driver.
Now if that guy was asked on a daily basis to drive through the sticks, a series of fire trail in a national park and other forms of difficult ''geo-spatial experiments'' conducted with his car...he might have just as much or more so developed synaptic network than a maths professor...Hell he could even outperform a math professor that only sticks to ''the airport route'' of mathematics, say he only teaches children up to basic fraction level, age 7-10 shit.

People think it's about the field of knowledge being carried within the synapses but it's more actually about the variety, difficulty of connections to be made, or recognized.
A painter could create just as much synaptic connections simply thinking about ''different colors'' and how to make them.
Math is everywhere, and by math I mean logic and logical reasoning, problem-solving is not something exclusive to the specific field of mathematics, but to everything.

Ooh I love these threads. I have seen multiple people here talk about projecting themselves as fitter. It seems to work with just about everything.

In terms of motivation you can psy yourself into doing it for your wafiu. So that whenever you lift you feel you are doing it for her. Some anon on here talked about it.

Here are a couple of studies which should help anons willing to learn

-> Low skeletal muscle capillarization limits muscle adaptation to resistance exercise training in older adults
-> Muscle fibre capillarization is a critical factor in muscle fibre hypertrophy during resistance exercise training in older men
-> Muscle fiber capillarization is associated with various indices of skeletal muscle mass in healthy, older men
-> Short-term aerobic conditioning prior to resistance training augments muscle hypertrophy and satellite cell content in healthy young men and women

    >implies that local cardio capacity in limbs directly corresponds with hypertrophy potential
    >the better the capillarization in a limb, the more nutrients are able to be transported to it to grow it after resistance training
    >you should spend a phase doing cardio with the arms, such as dumbbell swinging, rowing, swimming, assault bike or battle ropes, to build more arm & shoulder muscle when you lift in the next phase

      >>you should spend a phase doing cardio with the arms, such as dumbbell swinging, rowing, swimming, assault bike or battle ropes, to build more arm & shoulder muscle when you lift in the next phase
Is it a good idea to just do 1000reps on an exercise to induce this kind of adaptation? Something like cardio isolation...

        Anonymous

        This is cardio
        Don't think of reps
        Think of time
        Example:
Take two light dumbbells, say 1-3kg (err lighter and progress later)
Pump arms for 20-30 mins, slow enough that you can maintain the pace for the duration
This is the equivalent of an easy pace jog
Your training regimen should include occasional long bouts of 60 mins (aka long run), and occasional sessions of brief intense bouts at high intensity with long rests (aka sprints)
Just as you would with running or cycling or swimming
Carried on for a long enough timeframe to manifest the desired physiological adaptation (enhanced muscular capillarization)
If you do go with dumbbell swinging, vary how you pump the dumbbells throughout the bout e.g. do 50 curls, then do 50 pumps to elbow height, then 50 pumps to shoulder height, then 50 presses overhead, then repeat
Feel free to use your legs at the same time - could do this on a stationary bike, or while walking outside / on a treadmill / in place (high knees)

Based thread, this should be a regular. To contribute; start lifting in 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off cycles. The prolonged rest period phosphorizes the p70s6k enzyme in the mtor musclebuilding chain, resensitizing you musclefibres for growth, giving you noobiegains until you've nattiemaxxed. While you ordinarily will lose some growth during the long rest period, even though in the next cycle you will overtake the alternative's diminished returns, you can prevent this muscle atrophy (and increase your overall musclegrowth) by taking HMB. Ascensionist out!

Before I do my heavy working sets of squats or deadlifts, I hang upside down from the power rack by hanging on to the top bar with the crooks of my leg knees. Spend some time in this position for spinal decompression and to help activate posterior chain. Also for squats and OHP I'll load up the bar with an extra plate on each side and then just unrack and hold it for a second. Then when I go back down to my real working weight it doesn't feel as heavy

to grow taller you need to stomp the floor

Microfractures fill up through a chemical reaction of blood and bone marrow. As the cracks fill up they overcompensate with a slight increase of volume in the only direction they can, which is towards the outside.
Therefore, stomping the floor is like cracking an egg from the top.
It generates similar stress as shown in pic related.
As the cracks heal you become taller.

It does require a strong enough impact though

Size = Strength and Strength = Size if you're natty. Only roiders are capable of creating a big gap between their size and strength numbers. If two natty lifters look the same (have the same weight, height and body composition) they are lifting the same weight, it doesen't matter how they train.

Me too... Post it anon, wtf?

nta but I've seen this one going around for a few years at least

personally I think I have astigmatmism as my long-distance vision in my right eye is significantly worse at baseline (have trouble reading whiteboard sitting at the back of the class looking with that eye) but if I start going outside (usually my balcony because the view goes farther out) and staring far into the distance regularly (being outside while the sun is shining also seems to help I think), after a few days to a week it gets significantly better to the point where I can, for short time segments (as of right now) see 100% clearly with my right eye far off into the distance, just as well as with my left one

then if I stop it goes back to shite after a while
