    Strawberries have a compound in them called anthocyanin, which is found the most in ripe strawberries. The nifty thing about anthocyanin is that it binds with proteins in food and allows the body to absorb said protein quicker and more effectively. As far as fitness is concerned, this means that it boosts your gains significantly and makes you gain muscle more effectively. Since milk is a good source of protein, combining it with strawberries (as in REAL strawberries, not that artificial flavorant crap) pretty much doubles the benefits of doing things like GOMAD.

        Assisted step ups followed by lowering yourself slowly with weight in your hands. Two legged leg extensions and curls and letting them down with one leg. Same with calf raises.

      Not the most esoteric thing but training bite force also has some great carryover to other lifts and general athleticism, improves jaw / tongue posture and breathing. Strongmen and olympic lifters regularly wear mouthpieces / wax inserts to bite down on while performing.
      Try targeting your neck while biting, e.g. wrap a towel around an ez-curl bar / through a chain and do neck curls while holding it in your teeth, or with a resistance band, the other end placed under your feet / wrapped around a pole, etc. Make sure that the weight is mostly held with your molars, not your incisors.

                with just 2 sets after squats they solved all knee issues i had, i recently used them for a 3 week block and my quads grew instantly from the sheer amount of volume, i was doing 4*60 seconds at 50% to 4*120s @ 40%, i am going on a 6 month program (9 blocks) of isometrics (with half the single set volume for recovery purposes) + ? rep max every session, hopefully going to get my quads big enough to squat 6pl8 at a reasonably low/safe rpe

                i do weighted sissy squats on a smith machine. Isometrics do not take lomger to recover from, you need to be smart and use them to give a stimulus to your tendons but not cause damage.
                They are extremely beneficial if you know not to overwork your body, the one good thing is that they are impossible to misgroove on since you should be in the most disadvantaged position possible in the first place so you can only get recovery issues if you are stupid/inexperienced.

        yes actually. I consider fitness an essential part of my practice routine as a drummer in a death metal band I have to be both an athlete and a musician. I work squats in the manner Bruce Lee does to develop those fast twitch muscle fibers. light weight. I do 1 plate sets of 12-15 and I do them quickly and I also put a plate under the heels of my feet to get a deep squat everytime. as far as hand speed is concerned there isn't anything better than hacking away at a practice pad for those forearm and finger muscles. having a strong core is essential as well for your balance and posture on the throne so hit your abs directly in addition to whatever compound lifts you're probably doing

          I'm not saying this doesn't work, but the explanation is wrong. Nearsightedness is caused by focusing close-up too much. The relaxed state of the eye is focused at infinity; focusing closer takes more and more eye strength. Old people can't read because their eyes have weakened. In that sense, nearsighted eyes are too strong, as though they've lost their range of motion due to heavy compounds and never stretching. If the eye patch works, it's by forcing the covered eye to relax, not by strengthening the other one. I have heard stories of people fixing their vision by never looking at anything close up, which sounds like the same mechanism.

      This is a big whitepill. There's ample scientific evidence that positive thinking, i.e. what the based schizos call "manifestation", demonstrably works. I've recently begun to visualize myself as healthier and more muscular, as vividly as I can, while falling asleep. Already my skin is clearing up and I feel nice and strong.

      When stuck using a static weight. Like body weight or a limited range of dumbells. Slowing reps is more useful for hypertrophy than increasing reps. Still not as effective as increasing load but it's an option.

      Also true. Time Under Tension is super underrated.

    Here is a tip, if your gym offers any group fitness classes I highly suggest you do it.
    You feel like a god out performing all the other boomers, the women are usually very friendly when married

Bread isn't even bread anymore for sponge-like petroleum derivates. And to top it all off, the sugar in food isn't even sugar, but chemical compounds/sweet salts and syrups.         Muscle building/tissue healing is done on the foundation of sugar. Sugar is the main component behind almost every single important function within your body, including physical strain, healing and recovery and brain function and all the things blood does, it does if it has sugar in it and can actively transport and release it throughout the body. If they function is somehow halted or destroyed (as it happens in diabetes), then your body can't effectively heal itself and will literally decay on its own. That's why diabetics can't close their wounds.
        You have been lied.             I usually bring the bar to my knees or just below on a good day. Sometimes I "cheat" by bending at the knees slightly to get that last bit of flexion out of my spine, bringing the bar to my upper shins. I have shit ankle mobility which is partly why I do stuff like Zerchers in the first place. My RoM has noticeably improved since I started doing this stuff but I have a ways to go.

            I should have been more clear, "under load" is vague. I'm not wrong, though.
            In a conventional deadlift the primary mover is the quads, while a tired or careless lifter will let their back slip out of neutral and into flexion, putting most of the force needed to move the weight onto the lower back. In either spinal position both muscle groups have to function somehow or else you would just fall over, but what differs is the primary mover. Those who rarely train the lower back will suddenly expose it to huge amounts of weight in this scenario, likely leading to injury, while those who progressively trained it will be just fine assuming all other factors are equal, as they've given it time to adapt.
            It's strange that people see the lower back as fragile or made of glass when any other muscle or group is widely accepted to be capable of progressive strengthening and mobility enhancement.

              what you just said takes away value from everything else you have and anything else you are about to say.
              The quadriceps are 4 muscles (+1 useless one we wont consider), 3 of these muscles (the vastuses) extend the knee, aka they move the tibia forwards, the other muscle extends the knee and flexes the hip, meaning in a deadlift or squat it does nothing.
              Now, in a deadlift your quads dont mive the weight, becausd the quads move the tibia, if they did they would kick you backwards, what the quads to is hold you and the eeight isometrically while the hips drive through and the back holds the weight for the hips to do the work.
              Look at it as a book, keep it in the air, open, and place one of the two cover-sides on a surface, now push with your other hand through the middle of the book to make it become straight. The pages/cover above is the back holding the weight, the page/cover below is your femur and your hand pushing the book open is the glutes.

    Distracting (pulling apart) joints under load is better than compressing joints under load. All things equal, a deadhang, club swing, kettlebell snatch, bulgarian bag spin, or all that meme shit is goign to spare your elbows and shoulders better than the equivalent OHP/bench/pullup/row.
    Loaded carries are best bang for buck. Do them heavy. Do them often. Do them for the maximum TUT you can manage.
