Same reason that almost all product reviews are 5 star and 1 star. There's a minority that will have problems and they are extremely vocal. The vast majority of people will be completely satisfied.
I took finasteride. Stopped after 4 days. Was physically incapable of getting an erection for 4.5 months (this includes morning wood). Wasn't "normal" for about 8 or 9.
I'd still say it's worth a shot if you are concerned about your hair. But there is a risk. I guess I'm just one of the unlucky ones. Also PFS is fake, once you stop taking it you will recover, but it might take a while.
I think I personally could have recovered faster if I had stayed going to the gym. Probably would have helped my test levels comeback faster, but once your test drops like that you get hit with severe depression and motivation issues.

finasteride doesn't help prostate cancer, it helps with BPH. Also FYI basically every guy past 50-60yo has an enlarged prostate and has problems pissing, needing to be on finasteride and tamsulosin. Minoxidil liquid topical leaves dry crust in your hair as well. So you should frequently wash until you can source the foam. (Costco) Also to each their own but Id rather topical some low dose ru58841 rather than take pills. Oral min causes all hair to grow instead of where you target it. This is more meant for guys on gear (not pussy ass natty cuckd) but the extra dht is protective of dem breasts. So taking fin can increase the chances you'll cop a breast and become a transexual homosexual. If you are experiencing issues at the front of your hairline you just rub the solution with your fingers into the root of your hair any excess you can just style back after your scalp dries in an hour or so.

Yup mine is in a small spray bottle. I usually wear a hat because it's cold as frick and the front of my hair looks greasy if I don't apply early enough for it to be time to leave for the day. It dries faster than minoxidil so you shouldn't have an issue with touching it after 30 min.

Chances of getting side effects are about 2%, if you get them you can try lowering the dosage or just stop, so there is no reason not to start using it if you value your hair and would hate to go bald.

Do NOT take that shit it is poison. This is coming from someone who gave it numerous chances over the years. I started with the original 1 mg and I got side effects pretty instantly (usual ones like watery semen, lowered libido, no morning wood, softer erections, ball pain, brain fog the whole 9 yards). Took .5 mg every day instead and that worked for a bit but then got the side effects eventually. The sweet spot seemed to be .25 mg and that worked the best for a while but after months it does come back to bite you. The usual effects come in again. In terms of it actually working yeah it worked great. I had better hair when I was on it then I did in high school but it wasn't worth it. Unless you are unironically trying to turn into a troony and want to chemically castrate yourself then stay away from this shit. If you don't care about all that then go for it. Otherwise the best option is to either get a hair system or just shave.

Fin causes (probably permanent) neurological damage. There are more than 17 different neuroactive steroid hormones that 5ar is responsible for making, in addition to DHT. These hormones are important for neurological health, memory and other things.
