One thing that helped skullcrushers feel better for me is lowering the bar to my forehead instead of behind my head. Also not lifting heavy weight (e.g. high rep sets with like 80lbs), and controlling the weight all the way through the ROM. An ez-bar for me is a must as well. idk, just give it a shot.
I doubt it’s a mobility issue pull-ups don’t require much, it’s probably a stability issue in your scapular muscles and rear delts, do some light face pulls and scap ups before you do pull-ups before you do them next time
I do these exclusively one arm at a time with my free arm clutching my pec
Takes twice as long but you get none of the bad feels. Just make sure you arent compromising form
bump
oh shit, skull crushers
What ever is the point? homie just do db extension or rope pushdown like a normal person
With dumbbells agreed. EZ bar feels great for me though.

Deadlifts.
I can do chin ups and pull downs comfortably, but something about pull ups kills my shoulders. Probably a mobility issue(?)
You're flaring your elbows out too much.
i dropped dumbbells and started using the machine and saw visible progress within 2 months
i was the same way, using a wider grip helped me. if the bar you're using has neutral handles, try those too and see if they're more comfortable.
agreed, easily my favorite tricep exercise once i swapped to the ez bar

Dont know who I should trust
do cable cuff crucifix lat raises instead, best lat raise variant https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iaKgXkA6skY
Shit murdered my left shoulder and I wasn't even lifting heavy
Not retracting scapula, not tucking elbows.
if you have a lateral raise machine available you should give it a shot
Ab crunches, I feel like a moron every time someone gives me pointers on how to do them.
I do Ab Wheel and I'm learning toes to bar.

>I don't keep my lats flexed ever
Uhhhuuh yeah opie I care deep extensor about your thread.
My shoulders keep snapping every single rep
My right shoulder is rounded and this lift in particular always feels off.
Weighted lunges. Holy shit - I hate them. I feel like my knees are going to explode one day while doing them.
none of them
Rows unless you're laying down on a bench
