      have a nice day

Sorry it's genetic and depends where your muscles attach to your bones.
If you have ugly moronic biceps you'll always be ugly.

      have a nice day

google "muscle insertions" anon. Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do to change this, it's all genetics.

      have a nice day

This is the only correct answer ITT. Big forearms are the way to close that gap

      You're cool

You have popeye arms. You're genetically a dead end but morons on youtube see your ripped bicep and assume it's big because it's covering less surface area, making it "pop" out more.

      have a nice day

    >Reverse curls
    >Pullups
    >That thing with the weight on a string that wraps around a pipe

    Think outside the bicep.

rotate your hand the other way like
you don't need any lift to fix this, just rotating the palm the other way will visually lengthen your biceps instantly. just stop rotating your palm inward when you flex your biceps.
also you don't want to close that gap completely, that would destroy the silhouette.
people with long biceps should pose like OP pic to maximize the peak. people with medium biceps length should flex with their hand in a neutral rotation. and people with short biceps should flex with their hand rotated "away" like the other pic.

      lol

A big gap means a big peak. That's what people want.

      cope

Heavy back compounds with strict, full range of motion and negatives as slow as you can manage,
      preacher curls,
      french/reverse curls

It's not gonna fix fricked up insertions if you've got them, but good insertions will look better and bad ones will look less shitty.
Also, is right. Forearms go a long way in making your arms look less moronic if you've got short 'ceps.

it's the opposite of what people want because big peak only looks good when you're posing on stage not in every day life when you want to look good

The fact that there are people here trying to give "tips" for exercises to change his genetic muscle insertions is just proof that nobody here lifts nor do they actually know what the frick they are talking about.

It's alright bro every muscle and insertion has its function that was the result of million of years of evolution.
Short biceps are more explosive and can pull the arm back faster to punch faster right? That's an advantage

I want to say you should be doing curls and wrist curls, and rotating through variants thereof, and treating them just as seriously as you would your bench press. That said I may just have good genetics for it or it could just because I'm a gigamanlet.

fricked up bicep insertions, no solution but acceptance and coping
