Explaining Bulking?

Anyone managed to make women understand how the goddamn human body works?
I was at a date with a girl, and she called me kinda chubby
I tried to explain to her that I'm just in my bulking phase and I will look fricking amazing in 4 months, but she didn't believe me

Women only understand results. Other men see the signs of hard work, which is why you start getting hit on by the gays as you make progress, but women don't have a concept of long-term grinding for a goal. Thus, you weren't "lmao he said he was bulking what does that even mean," you were just fat.

are you doing a controlled bulk or a dreamer bulk? if you've enough muscle, women will think you look strong at a higher bf (ie 18%), if you're stuffing your mouth with food only men will notice you lift

If you're trying to look good in general, don't bulk and cut. That's for people who are ok with looking shit 90% of the time so they can look a little better for one photoshoot.

Correct. The bulk-cut cycle is disasterous for gains. Bulk slow for a period of over a year at a time and only cut when you absolutely need to. Maybe put in a few micro-cuts here and there aswell if you're so inclined. Bulking is when you're actually making gains. Imagine if you had just keept the momentum of the bulk going instead of cutting every summer, imagine how many more months of anabolism you would've accumulated by now. Frens don't let frens cut.

Wrong. The only real thing is the eternal cut, a drive towards aesthethique <12% BF. "Bulk" is not a real word, you lift from time to time and consume proteons to get some muscles, thats it.

This honestly, did a proper bulk finally last autumn and got like 10kg of mass and 10-30% increase in all my PR’s. That being said, it’s absolutely not worth it to lose your definition and look like a fat frick. I’ve been cutting for like 3 months and look a ton better, lost like 6kg so far and still have been gaining muscle and strength. Only bulk if you want to disregard everything else for strength and don’t mind looking like a fat shit, if you want muscle and aesthetics then just lift, get your protein in and do some sports. Bulking is pretty useless for 98% of the lifting population who just want to look better.
Also you lose all the enjoyment from food if you stuff yourself every day, no matter what you eat. When you are cutting, quark and carrots taste better than a pizza on a bulk.

Lol absolutely not. Bulking is a total necessity for building muscle. You're living in some fantasy land where people will put on pounds of muscle with no fat while eating the same amount of food. That is physically impossible. If you actually want to look good, you need to put your body dysmorphia aside, realize you don't need to have dickpeel skin with veins in your abs all year, and put on some weight.

If you are fluffy looking then yes you are fat.

              Absolute cope.

12BF anon here, gaining 4kgs over the course of months is the definition of bulking to me

Being fat is unhealthy. My physique looks great and I’ve never been over 12% body fat. I’ve seen what lots of fat looks like under skin and it’s disgusting. I want as little of that gross yellow stuff under my skin as possible.

There is nothing to explain. She is right. You are fat. There is legitimately no reason to get fat, you are just like a woman using it as a cope for why your eating disorder made you fat. "Ohh no im bulking". no you arent, you are just fricking fat. There is zero benefit in going idk ,like above 15% bodyfat.

And also its funny how you used Jeff Seid's image as an example as "worst" when he had pretty close to single digit bodyfat even at his peak bulk. He had legitimate six pack abs on the left with better lighting and when not bloated. He was around 10-12% bf at that time. Trust me pal, you are not that guy. You are not the same with Jeff Seid. You are 25-30% bodyfat and you are fat.
