    Listen to me, reduce your water intake to around 2 liters(But don´t be silly if you feel really thristy drink), take more salt every meal, start adding 2.5 grams per meal, if not enough try +5grams per meal (ESPECIALLY PRE AND POST WORKOUT)

    FASTING IS A MEME FOR TEENAGERS AND PEOPLE THAT DON'T PASS 48 HOURS IN IT.

    After 30 days of intermitent fasting and I felt like shit, couldn't work out and with extreme low BP that made me go to the ER and come back with a blood test all mess up.

    Just take the CICO pill and take out 400 calories.

    anorexia is a hell of a drug.
    Try lifting so you get some muscle to help your metabolism. You can eat more and not be as depressed as a result. Get too much muscle somewhere? Just don't lift that much on that area.

    Intermittend fasting is bullshit

    either you fast for real for a couple days or you just don't

    studys even show, that before the 36th hour of a fast you actually burn way less calories than usual and only after that 36th hour you start to burn more than usual, that might last to 72 hours or more.

    So when you chronically intermitted fast aka you chornically are in a state of burning way less then normal, no wonder you feel like shit.

    if you really want to fast, do a 50/50 week, you fast from monday do thursday lunch, and then you eat till sunday dinner

      Sounds interesting tbh. I have been "intermittently fasting" for a few years because I skip breakfast and that works out as a 16/8 schedule. Want to try the longer fasts because I heard it helps recycle old cells and prevent cancer. Might try and fast from Monday to Thursday this coming week like you said

    That's not really a fast, that's actually a pretty normal eating window if you're eating nutrient-dense food. That being said, your deficiency is letting me know you probably shouldn't be fasting without a Doctor's input, since you're somehow hurting yourself on just OMAD

        OMAD is defined closer as eating within a specified eating window spaced roughly in a 24-hour interval. Your multiple meals don't change how your body perceives constantly consuming. That being said, how the frick are you eating every macro and still eating more than one meal? Give us a breakdown of what you eat
