Hello, I want to try calistenics and fasting at the same time. I heard benifits from fasting (I am noy doing it for spiritual reasons) and I want to try it. I used to excersice a bit (could do 40 push ups and did 100 squats at my "peak").
I want to get into excersice again yet this urge came back during me wanting to fast but I am a skinny frick (5'8" 150 pounds) and never bulked. Would fasting while getting into excersice frick me over or is it a good idea? please bless me with your knowlage fasting/fit bros.
