Fat Fuck looking for Advice

Was 320 lbs and went down to 270, but now my weight loss each week is only 0-2 pounds per week.

Any way to accelerate this? I might be plateauing and eventually, it will go down again, but want to make sure.

I walk around 12000-15000 steps every day and do basic weightlifting (just 20-30 pound dumbbells). Basically just 3x5 overhead press, deadlift, bench presses (more like ground presses), and squats. Can't do chinups so still looking for alts. Just in my garage nothing special. I keep my calorie count below 2000 and most days it is just 1700 max if I can.

Have you tried going for a walk? Not just step counting, actually going outside and walking.

that is what I am doing. Going to a park nearby and doing 10 laps around the entire area in the morning and evening.

2lbs a week is great, you don't want to restrict calories too much or you'll tank your metabolism.
Also stop walking you fat frick do you hate your knees? Walking does nothing for weight loss.

Exercise is generally a waste of time for weight loss, you won't burn any significant amount of calories but you will increase your tiredness, hungrer and sugar cravings. As a fatass you should only do low impact exercises cause your joints already work overtime to move your blob body around.

I burn 1k+ calories biking it's low impact enough yo do it daily. I eat so much food.

Swimming takes skill compared to running/biking. Since you are a fatass im gonna assume ur low i so dont waste your time unless you already know how to do frontcrawl. Take up road biking and do it 2 hours a day on low intensity with maybe a day or two of interval training per week. You will burn like 1k-1.5k extra kcal a day. You should eat some carbs during rides longer than an hour though.

Better to take it slow and steady. Healthy is a lifestyle, not a sprint. Too many people burn out and rebound

your last big paragraph is all about your gym routine... homie at 270 you especially lose lots of weight in the kitchen. You need to hone in on your calorie recognition. Sauces, butters, olive oils, seeds, nuts, snacks, drinks, coffee additives, sweets, every little damn thing. Just eat normal for a day and calculate every single calorie to totally understand where your fricking up. At 15,000 steps you should be melting the weight off, at a 2,000 calorie or 1,800 calorie deficit, with good N.E.A.T. and that much walking, as well as resistance training in the gym... You should be losing about 2 pounds a week on average or even closer to 3. You probably just got used to water weight falling off you faster than stored fat is capable of.

    My advice:

STOP: Worrying so much about the day to day weight, just accept that until New Year's (which is soon) you are not going to notice anything without a before and after picture under equal conditions. So stop fricking looking at the scale.

DO: Track calories on an app, like myfitnesspal, and just make sure to hit your deficit every day. In order to make this easier, learn and start practicing anabolic recipes and low calorie-high volume recipes. They are quite literally required seeing as they fill you up and satiate you longer.

(If you do everything he does and with all the EXACT same ingredients, this shit is fricking incredible, also you need a Ninja)

    (great breakfast)

Also just two chicken thighs (bone in) with most but, not all of the skin cut off and seasoned with whatever blend you have, and then air fryer those b***hes at 380F for 20 minutes, when the air fryer beeps at you, dump veggies like asparagus under the chicken when you flip them. Amazing, easy, delicious dinner

You NEED anabolic cooking, also helps w/ protein

That is huge progress already, your goals are demonstrably within your grasp. Cardio is what you need, it is best to do cardio after weightlifting if you do lift, so you aren't exhausted working with heavy weights.

You can expend the same energy from those walking steps in a shorter time by running, jump rope, mountain climbers, running in place, boxing exercise, or other cardio. As long as you don't overeat and do cardio, you will make progress.

With just cardio and good diet, you will lose weight. With weightlifting as well, you will get jacked while you lose weight. Because you are gaining muscle underneath the body fat which will reveal itself as you lose the body fat. This requires greater discipline which you have already proven to yourself as having. Congratulations on your progress.

Well done on your weight loss so far anon. The obvious thing to say is check your diet, keep your calories below maintenance but above your metabolic rate. Google it. Don't cheat, ever. You cheated your way to 320, it's over. Your cheating days are done.

Is your weight training consistent? Are you on a specific program? Stronglifts 5x5? Weight lifting promotes weight loss but get on some kind of program and stay consistent. Your steps look good, underrated zone 2 cardio (google it), keep it up and try to go further consistently. Make time for it.

Pull ups are better than chin ups. They work your Lats, mid & lower traps, biceps AND abs. So there's 4 areas to work on to build your strength for pull ups. Grip strength will be needed too. Do negatives, start at the top and lower yourself down. Also do negative dips (dips are your upper-body squat, criminally underrated).

Something that helped me burn fat was drinking hot water, 4 or 5 pints a day. I put those homosexual herbal tea bags in the hot water. Google it.

Best way to learn chinups are negatives, assisstand bands, and isometric holds.
Its not easy at all especially for your weight, im 170lbs, but doubt that i could do it with 100more lbs, if you are tall its gonna get more harder
For weightloss try swimming, it burns insane calories, just need to keep apetite in check

ADF. You need to lower your calorie intake.
Don't listen to the fatty reddit advice that fasting or super low calorie is dangerous. If you feel like shit, then stop, but you won't because you have fat to live off for energy.
Just take electrolytes, magnesium, and drink water.
36 hours fasted, 12 hours to eat whatever you want. No need to calorie count. Stomach shrinks so not as much room and you feel fuller.
Nearly impossible to not end the 48 hour cycle in a big caloric deficit.

You will eventually slow down weight loss and lose 1-4lbs per week. This is normal. This is fine. If this change is to be permanent, then getting to the goal is all that matters, not the time frame in which you get there.

I went from 250 to 225 in a month doing adf. I am losing around 4lbs a week still. I want to get back down to 180.
Maybe I get there in 3 months. Maybe I get there in a year.
    Doesn't matter. Im getting there.
