I've been trying the Keto thing recently. one thing I've noticed while looking around is that some people seem to think that so long as you cut carbs you can go hog wild on everything else, caloric intake be damned. It is delusional. Even though I am cutting carbs, im still operating at a caloric deficit. its not really all that hard if you pay even the slightest bit of attention to what you're shoveling down your gullet.
If you're eating steaks and veggies you mostly can because of how satiating it is. But i honestly believe fat lardass "keto" types just claim keto as a cope so that they can believe and convince others that theyre losing weight. They gorge out of sight and eat keto in front of everyone.
it's just very impractical to eat moronic amounts of calories in keto only mode, with carbs you can binge 3000 empty calories in an afternoon and feel hungry by dinner time
