In further example my auntie works as a cashier in a grocery store and all the items that go missing she has to pay out of her own pocket, it's not illegal from the employer to ask her of this and can fire her if she refuses to pay.

the answer is obviously just being a woman. Women are all so similiar, and stray so little from the average of their sex, that they look to anything to affirm their individuality and personal differences.
Men are capable of true individuality because we are able to stand against the flow of society and stand on our own two feet. We are able to face the entire world and using just the strength of our conviction, to achieve things that truly set us apart from the masses.
Women have non of this. They must march in lockstep with the herd to maximise odds of survival and fulfilment. So, they look to anything external to themselves, no matter how superficial for any sort of affirmation that they are indeed an individual and not a crucible for the collective consciousness to fill and mold (which is what they are).
In reality a woman can only reach true individuality through her relationship with a man. This is a painful realisation and so she looks anywhere for any crumb of superficial validation of her own unique character, even if it is as shallow as a video game character vaguely resembling her.
