You only exist because of 30,000 years of instinct to move and be active to find your next meal. Concepts like "jobs" are completely foreign to our DNA and heritage. It really is as simple as you say it is, anon. We're designed to exert ourselves. Why do you think actual farmhands are some of the most satisfied people on the planet?
Based and farmpilled.
They're not just fit and strong, they're also mentally the healthiest. Do you think farmers buy into the trans and sjw bullshit? You'd get a good kick up the backside if you started talking garbage like that in a farming family.
Farmers should take a day off every week from producing food for the country to dictate policie at the government and universities and fix all the pathological nonsense going on in those places. Farmers are essentially the literal breadwinners doing the real work while most "software engineers" are in cahoots with the israelites to generate money while doing nothing of value.
Farmers have a pretty high rate of mental disease just like anyone else.
I doubt that. Remember also in the old days due to trusting big corporations a lot of older farmers were exposed to huge amount of chemicals in sprays and the like that sadly caused a lot of issues, there's been major lawsuits about it.
Old days? They currently basically bathe in RoundUp which causes cancer in the lymph nodes
>"Suicide Rates by Industry and Occupation — National Violent Death Reporting System, 32 States, 2016, reports a male suicide rate of 43.2 per 100,000 among farmers and ranchers in 2016, compared to 27.4 per 100,000 among male working aged adults across all occupations"

No need to doubt anything, it's already been studied.
That's not because of farming it's because of our financial system making farming impossible except at a megacorporate level. Reagan destroyed the family farm in the 1980s with loan legislation that heavily hurt the small family farm. The center of the country has been carved out and hollowed for years. Add to that going off of the gold standard in 71 and it is pretty well impossible to make it in America without bein in an industry with near direct access to the fed window like in tech.
If farming cannot be divorced from what's causing it to be such a mental burden, you now have to consider it an occupational hazard. I agree with you that physical work is better for the mind, but in current day farming is just flat out dangerous and unhealthy as an occupation.... I'd want nothing more than for corporations to no longer have a hold on agriculture. Just so you don't misinterpret when I'm trying to say.
Lol what? Modern farming is just driving an implement it isn't dangerous or hard at all. Actually most farmers only have a tractor to plow and plant, spraying and soil sampling is contracted out, combine harvestors are contracted out. Most farmers today are fat as shit. Bales for cattle are hauled out by a fork truck and plopped out for them and water troughs are under spickets.
Depends what type of farming you do, a lot still requires heavy labour. Putting up or maintainance of fencing needs carrying and hammering posts into the ground, I'm sure you could get some expensive frankenstein contraption of machine to do it but you're only cheating yourself. You're right there are some farmers with homosexual builds alright, but even they will be fit. Show me all these fat farmers, are you sure they aren't just fat built?
Anyway the point is not the actual israelite money you get from farming, the point is the lifestyle. If only everyone could take on this lifestyle and everyone should have a few acres to do so and forego modern technology, sometimes in cities now people are buying small plots to farm/garden on. Funny how this is literally how we started off in medieval times and how we've fallen since.
Based.
>'m sure you could get some expensive frankenstein contraption of machine
Anon you rent a pile driver. That's what the sex move is named after.
>Show me fat farmers
>Fat built
Not sure if cope.
I live in the Midwest. We're the second fattest area of the nation, right behind the south. Go out to a farm town and it's pretty grim. The kids stay fit but the farmers balloon up in their 40s
Rural communities are really susceptible to legislation. The government invests a cool billion into a new highway just a few miles away? If you were a highway town now you're a ghost town.
If they had it so good back in then, how come they died in their early 30s?
They didn't. They either died under age 5 or lived into their 70s.
Because you are glad that you are no longer suffering by lifting weights, going to the sauna and cardio. Your body is releasing endorphins because it feels that it survived a dangerous encounter.
Incorrect. Hunter gatherers exert themselves about the same as the average American. We can’t chase after animals therefore we didn’t run, we used ranged tools. Gathering fruits does not require exercise, and lifting animals would be done with the entire tribe. Farmers were literal slaves kept on their land by their masters
Average tribes who hunt and gather currently on earth walk 8 miles a day on average.
Walking isn’t exercise and not a physical exertion
Ok now go walk 8 miles with no shoes on
>farmhands are some of the most satisfied people on the planet
LOOL
you've never, ever, EVER been or worked on a farm
>t. grew up on a farm
maybe he has but he's just not a pussy
>Why do you think actual farmhands are some of the most satisfied people on the planet?
Sheep fricking
farmers disproportionately kill themselves
yes
Yes.
Now eat the right foods to maintain it.
doesn't work for me so it's scientifically inconclusive, sorry
>feeling down lately
>start going for an hour walk in the mornings
>listen to basic philosophy lectures while I walk
>feel amazing now
Lifting was helping already but don't underestimate a nice morning walk
Gotta get those sunrays, buddy.
Isnt it such a fricking cheat?
>wake up
>feel slug, demoralised and demotivated
>push ups to failure lets gooooooooooooo
>instantly feel happy
>everything looks nicer
Yes
Why do people pretend that working out makes them feel good?
It's hot, sweaty, uncomfortable, during and after.
Or have they just been working out for so long they forgot that not working out actually feels good?
Once you get a pump it feels good. Once you get to runners high it feels good. Just sweating in the sauna feels good. I just crank that shit to 220 and read a book for 40 minutes. It destroys the book so I only read pulp or the bible in the sauna (I have 3 bibles)
Why is he working out with jeans and belt? He's gonna cook his ball
>feel shitty
>lift weights and make mediocre strength and size gains
>get injured
Is sauna really that good for you?
It feels good
yes
If you are not smart - of course. And if your 'problems' were made-up bullshit like 'why the girl is not in love with me'. So, yeah. You are a simpleton.
yup
>feel shitty
>lift weights and do cardio
>feel even more shitty for the rest of the day
Even if I was not on OMAD I doubt the after workout mood would change.
the only good thing about working out is being done with it
Basically, yes. I cured my depression by eating healthy, lifting, and getting sunlight.
Some people genuinely don't get that endorphin rush and great feeling and I'm really grateful I do. I'm only casually into fitness but I think I'm addicted to relaxing for the few hours after a session as a genuine mild high. Its the closest thing to how I used to feel when I used to be able to stomach and enjoy alcohol.
